The prices we obtain for you from the airlines, rail, hotel, and ground handling services suppliers are all confidential rates that can only be sold as part of a package. Therefore, no break-up of prices may be provided before or after the tour confirmation.
This offer is based on a minimum number of 2 persons traveling together, and the price will vary if the number decreases or increases. The difference is payable by the clients.

All confirmation vouchers will be sent 5 to 7 days before travel, including driver contacts, emergency contact information, a day-wise itinerary, and all tours and other documents, subject to 100% payments received on time and visa copies received.
The full invoice amount will be calculated as per the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of final payments, with the on-account amount adjusted against the same.
Final payments must be made at least 45bdays prior to departure (or as per the deadline given by the overseas suppliers upon confirmation) according to the prevailing rate of exchange on that day.
A 50% non-refundable on-account payment will be required to initiate hotel reservations and hold the bookings within the time limit.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected or booked return date.
