Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Guwahati

On arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, transfer to the hotel and check-in.
After refreshing, proceed for sightseeing in Guwahati.
Visit Assam State Museum and the Assam Emporium.
Take a river cruise on the river Brahmaputra.
Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 2 Guwahati to Kaziranga

In the early, visit Kamakhya.
Return to the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Kaziranga National Park.
On arrival at Kaziranga, check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon, avail a jeep safari at the Agoratoli range.
Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 3 Kaziranga to Tezpur to Nameri

In the early morning, take an elephant ride in the Central range.
Return to the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed to Tezpur and visit Agnigarh.
Visit Cole Park
The park has a number of attractions such as a lake shaped like a horseshoe, a slew of natural walkways, a couple of pillars of Bamuni hills.
After lunch at Tezpur, proceed to Nameri National Park.
On arrival in Nameri, check in to the Eco–Camp.
Overnight stay at Nameri.

Day 4 Nameri to Dirang

After breakfast, drive to Dirang.
En-route visit Tippi Orchid Centre and Sessa Orchid Sanctuary.
On arrival at Dirang, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 5 Dirang to Tawang

After breakfast, proceed to Tawang.
En-route visit Sella Lake in Sella Pass and Jaswantgarh.
On arrival at Tawang, check in to the hotel.
In the evening, explore Tawang town.
Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 6 Tawang Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Tawang.
Visit Tawang Monastery.
You can also visit the Craft Center and traditional Monpa Village.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 7 Tawang Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Tawang.
Visit Pangong Tang Tso lake (commonly referred to as PT Tso Lake), Madhuri Lake, and Bum La Pass (extra payment).
Return to the hotel.
In the evening, visit the war memorial.
Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 8 Tawang to Bomdila

After breakfast, proceed to Bomdila.
On arrival at Bomdila, check in to the hotel on arrival.
After lunch, proceed for sightseeing of Bomdila.
Visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa), Thubchog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa), and Bomdila View Point.
In the evening, you can visit the local market.
Overnight stay at Bomdila.

Day 9 Bomdila to Guwahati

After breakfast, visit the Buddhist temple, craft centre, museum.
After lunch, drive to Guwahati.
En-route visit the amusement park at Kaliabhomra and NE Tribal Museum at Nazirakhat.
On arrival in Guwahati, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 10 Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for your onward journey back home.

Rumi also provided us with numbers of two Pandas who helped us give pujo in Kamakhya temple in a smooth way. Altogether we really enjoyed our vacation, and would definitely recommend Inderoots Travel to everyone.

In Tawang, we were not provided with the same room that was shown to us while bo (Read More)oking in the hotel JD house. Although after much talking and communication to clear it out, they cooperated and provided us with that room. They tried their best to suit our needs.
