Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Gangtok - Leisure Day

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport(IXB)/New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP)/Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus(Junction), transfer to Gangtok.
On arrival in Gangtok, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 2 Transfser to Lachen via Chungthang

After breakfast, proceed to Lachen via Chungthang.
On arrival in Lachen, check in to the hotel.
In the evening take a stroll and visit the Lepcha Village.
Overnight stay at Lachen.

Day 3 Visit Gurudongmar Lake - Transfer to Lachung

After breakfast, visit Gurudongmar Lake (optional tour Rs. 3500 - 4000 /extra).
Next drive through the cold desert till Tibet/China.
Return to the hotel for lunch.
After lunch, drive to Lachung.
On arrival in Lachung, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 4 Drive through Yumthang Valley - Transfer to Gangtok

After breakfast, drive towards Yumthang Valley.
Return to Lachung for lunch.
After lunch, drive to Gangtok.
On arrival in Gangtok, check in to the hotel.
The evening is free to roam around MG Road (Mall) or the local shopping center.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 5 Depart from Bagdogra

After breakfast, transfer to Siliguri/New Jalpaiguri Railway Station(NJP)/Bagdogra Airport(IXB) for your onward journey back home.

What's Good: End to end tour plan with Hotel , food , travel . Well behaved driver . Due to rains we aere not able to explore sites however we could see alternate sites not affected due to ra (Read More)ins .. All along we got JAIN FOOD . Value for money tour ..
What's Not Good: Hotel in Amritsar could have been bit better however food in the hotel was good.. only no ventilation in Hotel. Also Hotel entry was having stairs which was not suited for is being senior citizen .

We booked the trip to dharamshala, Dalhousie n Amritsar with country travel point coordinated by Harsha mam....iternity was good ....great coordination was done .... Except the hotel at mcleodganj all (Read More) hotels were nice....cab driver was very helpful....the trip was very nice and thanks to Harsha mam for coordinating throughout the journey
