Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will meet our representative.
Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
In the evening, take a stroll at the Thamel, the marketplace.
Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley.
Visit Pashupatinath Temple.
After then proceed to the holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in Nepal, Bouddhanath.
Afterward, visit Jay Narayan Temple also known as Budhanilkantha.
Later visit Swayambhunath.
Also, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square which is a historical temple and Living God House.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3 Kathmandu to Pokhara

After breakfast, proceed to Pokhara.
En-route enjoy a cable car ride to Manakamana Temple.
On arrival in Pokhara, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 4 Pokhara Sightseeing

In the early morning, go for an excursion trip to Sarangkot.
Enjoy the great view of the Pokhara Valley and the mountains.
Return to the hotel and have breakfast.
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Pokhara.
Visit Bindhyabasini Temple.
Visit Devi’s Fall also known as Patale Chango, and Gupteshwor Cave.
Later visit Seti River, Pokhara Museum, and enjoy boating on Fewa lake.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 5 Pokhara to Chitwan

After breakfast, proceed to Chitwan.
En route, you have an option at an extra cost of doing the river rafting.
On arrival in Chitwan, check in to the hotel.
In the evening, attend a culture program performed by local artists.
Overnight stay in Chitwan.

Day 6 Chitwan Jungle Safari

After breakfast, enjoy jungle observation at Chitwan National park.
Enjoy Elephant Safari in the jungles.
You can enjoy a canoe trip either in the Rapti River or in the Budh Rapti River.
You can also do Bird Watching and Jungle Walking through the forests with naturalists.
Overnight stay in Chitwan.

Day 7 Chitwan to Nagarkot

After breakfast, proceed to Nagarkot.
En-route visit Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgaon.
Afterward, continue the drive to Nagarkot.
On arrival in Nagarkot, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Nagarkot.

Day 8 Nagarkot to Kathmandu

After breakfast, proceed to Kathmandu.
On arrival in Kathmandu, check in to the hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure or shopping.
Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 9 Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport to board your flight for your onward journey back home.

We looked through 5 agencies before settling on D organizers for our Turkey trip (Read More). Initially we were sceptical due to the reviews, but we were glad to have booked with them. The trip was well organised with 2 days in each city of which one day was a full day guided tour and the second day was given free for self exploration . This allowed choice for my parents to rest on the second day since they were approaching their 60s . I would especially like to thank Bhargav who maintained good contact and communication with us throughout the whole trip from the beginning to the end from the visa process till we reached back home after the trip. I also feel that their rates are economical and budget friendly compared to the other agencies we first spoke to.

One of our transport vehicles from the airport to hotel during the trip in Ist (Read More)anbul was filled with the smell of cigarettes . One of the vehicles had an airconditioner problem in pamukkale though the driver was a sweet person.
