Day 1 Arrive in Guwahati - Transfer to Shillong and Visit Umium Lake

On arrival at Guwahati meet and receive assistance from our representative at the airport/railway station.
Proceed to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East".
Reach the majestic Umium Lake (Barapani).
You may do the water sports here (Optional).
On arrival at Shillong, check-in at your hotel.
In the evening you can visit Police Bazaar which the biggest local market.
Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 2 Excursion to Mawlynnong Village, Living Root Bridge, Umgnot River abd More

After breakfast visit Mawlynnong Village the cleanest village in India. It is situated 90 km. from Shillong.
Visit Living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock.
Visit Dawki, which is along the Indo-Bangladesh border.
Enjoy boating in the crystal clear waters of the Umgnot River.
Visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak for some breathtaking views.
Evening return to Shillong
Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 3 Transfer to Cherrapunjee - Visit Waterfalls and Caves

Get up early today to enjoy the mesmerizing mornings of Shillong.
After an early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, this is the wettest place in the world.
Visit Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park.
Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day 4 Explore Cherrapunjee - Trek to Double Decker Living Root Bridge

After breakfast, we proceed for a full day of trekking to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat Village.
Trek down 3200 steps approximately, each way to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
We can trek down further to the Rainbow Falls which take about 60 to 90 minutes from the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
In the evening return to Cherrapunjee.
Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day 5 Depart for Guwahati

After breakfast check out from the hotel.
Then proceed to Guwahati.
En route in Shillong (if time permits) visit Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures, Ward's Lake where you can enjoy boating, Cathedral Catholic Church and Lady Hydari Park.
Proceed to Guwahati and transfer to airport/railway station for onward journey.

02 nights stay at Shillong.
02 nights stay at Cherrapunji.
