Day 1 Arrive in Guwahati - Transfer to Shillong
- Arrive at Guwahati and meet with the representatives.

Day 2 Exploring Cherrapunjee - Visit Waterfalls
- After breakfast, set out to visit Cherrapunjee.
- Visit the Ramkrishna School and Museum, Eco Park and Mawsmai caves.
- Enjoy watching the various waterfalls.
- Return to Shillong.

Day 3 Trip to Laitlum and Krang Suri
- After breakfast, move to Laitlum Canyons and enjoy the natural beauty.
- Move on to Krang Suri Falls.

Day 4 Trip to Mawlynnong, Dawki and Umngot River
- After breakfast, set out for another day of adventure.
- Visit Mawlynnong Village.
- Take the village tour and explore the Balancing Rock and Living Root Bridge.
- Move on to visit the Umngot river in Dawki.
- Enjoy boating in the crystal clear water.
- Visit the Indo-Bangladesh border and have a glimpse of the plains of Bangladesh from the hills of Jaintia Hills.
- If time permits you can visit Mawjymbuim cave known for its stalagmites.
- Later drive to Mawlyngbna to explore the plateau grasslands, waterfalls and fossils.
- In the afternoon, explore the mini sandstone canyons and lake of Umkhakoi.
- You can choose to enjoy kayaking at Umkhakoi lake.
- Return back to Shillong.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Depart from Guwahati
- After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati and visit the Kamakhya Temple.
Drop off at the airport for your onward journey.

First of all, thank you so much for the wonderful holiday planning (Read More). It was truly an amazing experience for us. This was our first trip to the North East, and it has now become one of our most memorable and favorite tourist destinations — all because of you and the Hills Dekho team.
I would especially like to highlight the driver you arranged for us, *Dipu*. He was absolutely exceptional — extremely polite, professional, and caring throughout the journey. More than a driver, he felt like a family member traveling with us. His driving skills were excellent, and we always felt safe and comfortable on the hilly roads. By the end of the trip, it genuinely felt like we had made a new friend in the North East.
The hotels arranged were also fabulous, and everything overall was perfectly managed — truly worth it.

Special appreciation for the cab driver Devender arranged by him—he was professional, polite, punctual, and made the journey extremely comfortable and enjoyable. His local knowledge and helpful nature added great value to the trip.

We had an amazing trip to Shillong, Cherra (Read More)punji, and Dawki River. The entire tour was very well planned and executed.
