Day 1 Arrival Dehradun - Mussoorie Sightseeing (56Km/02-03Hrs approx.)
- Arrival today at Dehradun.
- Meet our driver at Dehradun Airport, Railway Station, or your pickup point.
- Drive towards Mussoorie.
- On route, visit the following attractions:
- Mussoorie Lake
- Shiv Temple
- Kempty Falls
- Company Garden
- Municipal Garden
- Gun Hill
- Mall Road (Note: The cab will not go to Mall Road)
- Local market
- Later, drive to the hotel.
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
- After refreshing, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Mussoorie.
Day 2 Mussoorie – Dhanaulti Sightseeing – Mussoorie (35km/02hrs approx.)
- Morning after breakfast, proceed to visit Dhanaulti for sightseeing.
- Visit Maa Surkunda Devi Temple.
- Explore ECO Park and enjoy views of the Himalayas.
- Enjoy your day at Dhanaulti.
- Later, drive back to the hotel.
- After refreshing, have dinner and enjoy an overnight stay in Mussoorie.
Day 3 Mussoorie – Dehradun Drop (54Km/02-03 Hrs approx.)
- This is the last day of your tour.
- After breakfast this morning, check out from the hotel.
- We will then drive towards Dehradun for drop-off, cherishing sweet memories.

BOOKING POLICY:
- Booking Amount (30 or more days before departure): 25% of package cost or actual liability.
- 29 - 15 days before departure or before applying for the visa: 50% of package cost or actual liability.
- 14 - 08 days before departure: 100% of package cost or actual liability.
- The infrastructure in these areas is not well developed, and you should not expect or compare it with other developed destinations. There is often a shortage of water and power in this region, and you may encounter situations where water is supplied on a timed basis - from morning to evening.
- In this region, not all hotels have generator facilities. In the event of a power failure, the hotel will provide candlelight.
- For all contracted services, a certain advance payment must be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid upon arrival in India (Uttarakhand) but must be settled before the commencement of services. Management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service begins. In some cases, such as journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
- Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, if there are any increases in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India, these will be charged as extra.
- For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of any nature relating to any products offered by The Travel Planners, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Uttarakhand.
- Rates mentioned in the package are valid for Indian nationals only unless specified otherwise in the quotation.
- The quotation provided is without any confirmed reservations either in airlines or hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and the advance amount is deposited via IMPS/NEFT/AC Transfer/Cash deposit to proceed with the reservation, the booking will be processed. If we are unable to secure confirmation, the deposited amount will be refunded to the guest.
- Once the package is confirmed, full payment must be made either through online transaction or cash at the time when all travel documents are delivered to the guest. For packages booked under our Airline Group Packages, airline tickets may be delivered 2 days before the group's departure.
- Base category rooms will be booked at the hotels specified in the quotation upon confirmation. If rooms are not available in the selected hotel, rooms will be booked in a similar hotel based on availability, and the guest will need to pay the difference.
- Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered a cancellation, and new tickets will be issued at the applicable fare at the time of issuance. Cancellation charges will apply for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
- If any modifications are made to the date or itinerary, the guest must inform us in writing, and revised confirmation will depend on the availability of the requested hotels on the new dates. If the guest wishes to cancel their tour in this situation, the cancellation policy will apply.
- No refund will be given for unused services in the tour package. Whether or not to take the service is at the discretion of the guest.
- 100% payment must be made by the guest upon arrival before the commencement of travel.
- Please carry valid proof of identity (passport for international travel) with a photograph, as it is required at the airport and during check-in at hotels. A PAN card is not a valid identity proof, so please do not carry it with you.
- In case of non-availability of a hotel, a similar category hotel will be provided, and the operator is authorized to change the hotel if necessary.
- Most hotels have check-in after 2 PM and check-out by 12 PM. The number of meals, including breakfast, is always commensurate with the number of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
- The tour operator is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
- Violation of company policy or misbehavior with any employee of the company will lead to cancellation of the package without any refund.
- For early check-in and late check-outs, payments must be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
- In case of international travel, rates may vary depending on availability, changes in the rate of exchange, or any other fluctuations in the international market.
- Please read the email carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations after booking will also form part of your contract with us.
- Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotel. The company is not responsible for any loss.
- As directed by the Government of India, all Indian and foreign nationals are required to produce proper proof of identity at check-in. Valid identification documents include a passport and visa together, voter ID card, or current driver's license. All documents must include a photograph.
- Non-submission of valid ID proof may lead to denial of stay in hotels, camps, or any kind of accommodation. The company is not responsible for any issues related to ID proof.
- For extra adults, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain allergies (especially food allergies) or any serious health issues, kindly inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels and resorts do not have lifts, so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
- Generally, hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirmed early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges if not included in the cost. Kindly contact the hotel directly if you want complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
- Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or Wi-Fi. Normal packages do not include these, so in such cases, these charges should be paid at the hotels.
- If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set menu basis in a buffet menu, fixed menu, or meal credit. Any items not included in the ideal buffet or fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options for items. Some hotels have a meal credit policy instead of a buffet or fixed menu during low occupancy - this meal credit amount is decided by hotel management. If bills exceed the given meal credit amount, the extra amount should be paid directly at the respective hotel. Room service for food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
- Due to any reason, if a vehicle breaks down due to technical issues, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor issues that do not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
- The driver will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that could create traffic jams. The normal working hours for the driver are 12 hours. If you require services for more than 12 hours in a day, kindly inform us in advance.
- In some hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety risks. Kindly cooperate with this policy.
- Air conditioning will not work in all hill areas or in stopped/parked vehicles.
- The pick-up and drop-off point will be one only (if multiple pickups and drops are needed, please mention this in the email conversation before booking).
- If you want multiple visits to a particular place, kindly mention this in advance, as some places have very high parking charges.
- The tour destination or route cannot change without prior notice (amended route and tour destination rates may change).
- If your booked car is not available, we reserve the right to provide a similar car after discussion with the guest.
- The rates are subject to change depending on fluctuations in diesel/petrol prices in India. If prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will adjust the rate, even if the rates were confirmed earlier.
- At many tourist destinations or hill stations, some roads, shopping markets, or mall roads have "NO ENTRY" for all or some larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination, along with time restrictions. In such cases, guests must arrange alternative transport at their own cost, which is not included in the ideal package inclusion.
- Sometimes, the vehicle parking area is a little far from the sightseeing spots. In that case, guests need to reach the parking area at their own cost.
- The vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and within city limits or as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, or sightseeing not within city limits, kindly contact the company. Refunds are not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered.
- If you want some excursions, kindly inform the company in advance or discuss these matters with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, if there are issues with a particular place, we can make adjustments.
- No refund for short stays or unused facilities.
- No cancellation or any refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, or any other natural disasters, fire, embargoes, acts or decisions of government, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or other similar causes, strikes, or problems with airlines, railways, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any situation beyond our control that prevents the customer from reaching the destination.
- The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or theft of persons or property during the course of the tour.
- The company hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imposed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than India.The company considers itself subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, India.

I liked that the representative of Expert Representative of Expert Travel Guides (Read More),Ms Pooja was great at her job. She was attentive to my requirements and was helpful till the very end of our trip.
The taxi driver cum owner had unnecessarily filled the boot of the taxi with lar (Read More)ge speakers, which were not even connected hence leaving no space for the passengers' luggage. Out of two suitcases we were carrying one was permanently occupying the front seat,this was not only damaging the suitcase but blocking the view throughout. And since the taxi was on diesel, the two suitcases should have been put in the trunk of the taxi.
