Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Manali
  • Upon arrival, transfer to the pre-booked hotel in Manali. After freshening up, spend half a day at leisure. At 3:00 PM, proceed for local sightseeing, visiting:
  • Hadimba Devi Temple: A key attraction in Manali, dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, the wife of Bheema from the Mahabharata. This wooden temple, located amidst magnificent deodar forests, was built in 1553 A.D. and is about 2.5 km from the Mall.
  • Tibetan Monastery (0.5 km): Built in 1969, this monastery showcases Tibetan artistry and sells handmade carpets and handicrafts.
  • Club House (2 km from Mall): Known for activities like skating, a discotheque, and an auditorium.
  • Later in the evening, explore Manali's shopping hubs, including Mall Road and IBEX Market. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • After breakfast, depart for Solang Valley, located 13 km from Manali in the Kullu Valley. It is a picturesque destination offering views of glaciers and snow-capped peaks. Solang Valley is famous for its ski slopes and adventure activities, including skiing, paragliding, zorbing, horse riding, and snow motorbike rides.
  • The Mountaineering Institute of Manali operates a ski lift here for training purposes. The valley also hosts the Winter Skiing Festival.
  • Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • After breakfast, transfer to Kullu for sightseeing. Highlights include:
  • Hot Sulphur Springs: Revered by both Hindus and Sikhs, these springs are said to have radioactive properties that can cure skin ailments.
  • Angora Rabbit Farm: Located 8 km from Kullu, this farm is known for Angora shawls, available at reasonable rates.
  • Kullu Shawl Factory: Explore traditional shawls and handicrafts.
  • Enjoy water rafting at Babeli in Kullu (optional).
  • Return to Manali in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the Volvo stand for your journey back.

What's Not Good: Can improve the vehicle. AC was not working. While returning, it was very hot.

What's Good: End to end tour plan with Hotel , food , travel . Well behaved driver . Due to rains we aere not able to explore sites however we could see alternate sites not affected due to ra (Read More)ins .. All along we got JAIN FOOD . Value for money tour ..
What's Not Good: Hotel in Amritsar could have been bit better however food in the hotel was good.. only no ventilation in Hotel. Also Hotel entry was having stairs which was not suited for is being senior citizen .
