Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
- Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will meet our representative.
- Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
- You will be briefed about your activities for the next few days here.
- The rest of the day is free to explore Kathmandu on your own or relax at the hotel.
- Explore and dine in Thamel .
- Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing - Iconic Temples
- After an early breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Kathmandu.
- Visit Boudhanath and Pashupatinath.
- Learn about Buddhism and the history of the stupa at Boudhanath.
- Visit Patan Durbar Square, Mahaboudha Temple, Kumbeshwor Temple, Krishna Temple, and Golden Temple in Patan.
- Also, visit a handicraft center in Patan.
- Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 3 Kathmandu to Pokhara - Mahendra Caves , Phewa Lake
- After breakfast, proceed to Pokhara.
- On arrival in Pokhara, check in to the hotel.
- Later, proceed for sightseeing in Pokhara.
- Explore the Mahendra Gupha (caves).
- Visit the Davi's Fall, the gorge of the Seti River, and a Tibetan refugee camp.

Day 4 Pokhara to Chitwan National Park - Sunset on Rapti River
- After breakfast, proceed to Chitwan National Park.
- Drive past several traditional Tharu villages.
- On arrival in Chitwan, check in to the lodge.
- After lunch at the lodge, go on a village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village, where you will learn more about the Tharus' lifestyle.
- Afterwards, visit the National Park Visitor’s Centre, where you can learn more about the park's history and the wildlife found there.
- Return to the lodge to see the sunset from the banks of the Rapti River, followed by dinner.
- See a Tharu dance performance by the local villagers.
- Alternatively, see a slide show presentation about Chitwan.
- Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 5 Explore Chitwan National Park - Canoe Ride
- After breakfast, spend the day exploring Chitwan National Park.
- Take a canoe ride along the Rapti River for bird watching and seeing the two rare species of crocodiles.
- Afterward, go for a jungle walk around the Park.
- Return back to the lodge.
- After lunch, head into the park to see various wildlife on an elephant safari.
- In the evening, you will be presented with either a Tharu cultural dance or a slide show presentation.
- Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 6 Explore Chitwan National Park - Elephant Safari
- After an early breakfast, proceed to the Elephant Breeding Centre.
- Return to the lodge for lunch.
- After lunch, drive to Twenty Thousand Lake for a jeep safari.
- Alternatively, you can go on another elephant safari in the Park.
- Return to the lodge.
- Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 7 Chitwan to Kathmandu - Day at Leisure
- After breakfast, proceed back to Kathmandu.
- On arrival in Kathmandu, check in to the hotel.

They were unable to provide us with transportation as they already had prior boo (Read More)kings, so we had to arrange transport through other sources.
The resort and hotels were good; however, at the time of booking, they had mentioned that the property in Pokhara would have a swimming pool. In reality, there was no swimming pool, and it was not even a resort but actually a hotel.
Nevertheless, the overall stay arrangement was satisfactory.
Except for Siddhartha Riverside, the food at all other hotels and resorts in Nep (Read More)al was not good.
They did not even have the basic courtesy to provide drinking water in the room.
At the time of check-in, two bottles of water were provided, but the next morning when we asked for a refill, they said refills are only done after 12:00 PM. If we needed water before that, we had to purchase it ourselves.
We have traveled extensively around the world, but we have never experienced such dry and unaccommodating behavior anywhere.
Refilling drinking water is a very basic courtesy that hotels and resorts should provide.

I had an amazing experience with Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels during my (Read More)7 days / 6 nights trip to Nepal. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.
The itinerary covered beautiful places including Kathmandu temples, Chandragiri Hill, Bhaktapur, Nagarkot (sunrise & sunset), Pokhara, and adventure activities like paragliding and ziplining, along with the Sarangkot sunrise. Every destination was well planned and executed smoothly.
Hotels, transportation, and overall arrangements were excellent. A special thanks to Arith, the manager and tour organizer, who was extremely supportive and took care of every detail. Even after the trip ended, he personally followed up to ensure we reached safely, which truly shows their professionalism and care.
Our guide Bijay, appointed by Holyland, was outstanding—very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and an excellent driver, especially on hill routes. He made the journey comfortable and enjoyable throughout.
Overall, the trip was stress-free, memorable, and perfectly managed. I highly recommend Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels to anyone planning to visit Nepal. Truly a trustworthy and professional travel company!
