Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Mumbai - Departure

Arrive in Mumbai and complete the check-in formalities for the Deccan Odyssey.
Enjoy a traditional welcome and settle into your opulent cabin.
The train departs from Mumbai in the evening, commencing your memorable journey.

Day 2 Vadodara

Wake up to the serene landscapes as the train reaches Vadodara in Gujarat.
After breakfast on board, disembark for a full-day city tour of Vadodara.
Visit the magnificent Laxmi Vilas Palace, the Fateh Singh Museum, and the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
Return to the train for dinner and an overnight stay as it proceeds to Udaipur.

Day 3 Udaipur

Arrive in the "City of Lakes," Udaipur, after breakfast.
Visit the majestic City Palace, Saheliyon Ki Bari, and the Jagdish Temple.

Day 4 Jodhpur - Jaisalmer

Return to the train for lunch and continue the journey to Jaisalmer.
Explore the impressive Jaisalmer Fort and the intricate Havelis (mansions) of the Golden City.
Experience the cultural performances and camel rides at the Sam Sand Dunes.
Return to the train for dinner and an overnight stay as it proceeds to Delhi.

Day 5 Delhi

Arrive in Delhi, India's capital city, after breakfast.
Disembark for a full-day city tour of Delhi.
Visit iconic landmarks such as the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate, and the Qutub Minar.
Enjoy shopping in the vibrant markets of Delhi.
Return to the train for dinner and an overnight stay as it proceeds to Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore).

Day 6 Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore) - Jaipur

In the morning, arrive in Sawai Madhopur, the gateway to Ranthambore National Park.
Embark on an exciting safari into Ranthambore to spot tigers and other wildlife.
Return to the train for breakfast and continue the journey to Jaipur.
Explore the grand Amer Fort, the City Palace, and the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).
Return to the train for dinner and an overnight stay as it proceeds to Agra.

Day 7 Agra

Arrive in Agra, the city of the iconic Taj Mahal, after breakfast.
Visit the world-famous Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Agra Fort.

Return to the train for lunch and relax as it proceeds to Delhi.

Day 8 Delhi - Departure

Arrive in Delhi in the morning.
