Day 1 Arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport
- Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
- Greeted with a private transfer to your hotel in Moshi.

Day 2 Trek from Londorossi Gate to Mtimkubwa Camp
- Begin the day with breakfast at your accommodation in Moshi.
- Depart from Moshi for Londorossi Gate (2,200 m), the starting point of your trek.
- Complete necessary permits and registration at Londorossi Gate.
- Start your trek through the lush rainforest, wearing raincoats if necessary.
- Keep an eye out for primates along the way.
- Enjoy a packed lunch during your trek.
- Reach Mti Mkubwa Camp (2,780 m), where your dedicated mountain crew will have everything ready.
- You will trek across around 6 kilometres in 3-4 hours in total.

Day 3 Trek to Shira 1 Camp
- Start your day with breakfast at MtiMkubwa Camp.
- Embark on a scenic trek from MtiMkubwa Camp to Shira 1 Camp (3,505 m).
- The journey, lasting about 5-6 hours and covers 5 kilometres, takes you through open moorlands.
- As you ascend gradually to 3,500 meters, soak in breathtaking views of Shira Plateau and Kibo Volcano.
- This trek allows for gradual acclimatization to the altitude.

Day 4 Trek to Shira 2 Camp
- Fuel up with breakfast at Shira 1 Camp (3,505 m).
- This day's trek from Shira 1 Camp to Shira 2 Camp (3,900 m) is relatively straightforward, allowing you to savour Africa's stunning vistas.
- Take your time to enjoy the unique flora and fauna of Kilimanjaro.
- Upon reaching Shira 2 Camp, a hot lunch will be ready for you.
- Afterward, enjoy 2 to 3 hours of relaxation, including an acclimatization hike with a 300-meter altitude gain towards Lava Tower.
- Descend back to Shira 2 Camp to conclude your day.
Day 5 Trek to Lava Tower and Descend to Barranco Camp
- After breakfast at Shira 2 Camp (3,900 m), your day begins with a challenging trek to Lava Tower (4,630 m) in the late morning.
- This section involves a series of ascents and descents and eventually leads to a camp at an altitude of over 5,600 meters.
- Enjoy a packed lunch during your trek.
- From Lava Tower, start your descent towards Barranco Camp (3,960 m).
- Along the way, you'll witness the awe-inspiring Barranco Wall, a massive and steep rock formation.
- This trek covers a distance of 12 km and takes about 6–8 hours.

Day 6 Trek to Karanga Camp

- Following lunch, engage in an acclimatization hike, gaining an additional 200 meters in altitude, before returning to Karanga Camp.
- Enjoy dinner at Karanga Camp before settling in for the night.
Day 7 Trek to Barafu Camp
- Start your day with breakfast at Karanga Camp (4,035 m).
- After breakfast, begin your trek towards Barafu Base Camp (4,640 m). This is where your final push to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m) begins.
- Stay energized with a packed lunch during your hike.
- Once you reach Barafu Camp, your team will set up tents for your rest.
- Take an acclimatization hike towards Kosovo Summit Camp (4,800 m) and return to Barafu Camp for a hearty dinner.
- Barafu Camp is the last spot for water, so rest and hydrate well.
- Have dinner and spend overnight at Barafu Camp.
- You'll cover about 6 km today, taking around 4 to 5 hours.
Day 8 Summit Uhuru Peak and Descent to Mweka Camp
- Your summit day begins around midnight.
- Start the steep ascent up the ridge, making your way to Uhuru Peak, the highest point at 5,895 meters.
- As you reach the summit, you can witness sunrise.
- Descend from the summit to the nearest glacier, then continue your descent to Barafu Camp.
- After a short rest, begin the descent to Mweka Camp at 3,100 meters.
- Enjoy breakfast and lunch en route to keep your energy up.
- Dinner awaits at Mweka Camp as you celebrate your successful summit and rest overnight.
Day 9 Descent to Mweka Gate
- After breakfast at Mwenka Camp, begin your descent through the lush tropical rainforest.
- Enjoy a packed lunch during your trek down from the mountain.
- Trek from Mweka Camp (3,100 meters) to Mweka Gate (1,650 meters).
- The trek covers a distance of approximately 12 kilometers and takes about 4-5 hours.
- On reaching Mweka Gate, receive your commemorative certificate.
- You will be transferred to your chosen accommodation in Moshi for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10 Departure
- After breakfast at the accommodation, you will prepare to depart from Moshi.
