Day 1 Arrive in Srinagar - Shikara Ride
  • On arrival at Srinagar, check in to the houseboat or hotel.
  • In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake.
  • Visit the Floating Market during the Shikara ride.
  • Dinner in the houseboat.
  • Overnight stay at Srinagar.
  • After bed tea, proceed to Kargil.
  • En route, have breakfast at Sonmarg.
  • After breakfast, continue the drive to Kargil via Drass.
  • En-route visit Zojila pass.
  • Also, visit the 1999 Kargil War Memorial.
  • On arrival at Kargil, check in to the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Kargil.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Leh.
  • En route, visit Mulbek, Lamayuru, Moon Landscape, and Magnetic Hill.

Stay at houseboat was not upto the mark. Dinner was below average. They do not p (Read More)rovide water with meal. Hygiene and cleanliness was below average. There is lot of cheating at Gulmarg and Sonmarg. Shopping should be avoided because they charge you exorbitantly with poor quality.
