Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Manali

Upon arriving in Manali, the support staff will receive you at the bus stop and drive you to base camp.
Orientation process and Leh ride briefing.
Explore the local places of interest.
After refreshments and the required paperwork, the bikes will be allotted to you.
Overnight stay and dinner in Manali.

Day 2 Transfer to Sarchu

After breakfast, leave for Sarchu.
Enjoy the scenic route of Leh-Manali highway.
Pass Suraj Taal and Deepak Taal, two breath-taking lakes in the Lahaul and Spiti region.
Arrival at Sarchu.
Overnight stay and dinner at the camp/guest home.

Day 3 Transfer to Leh

After breakfast, leave for Leh.
Ride through Nakeela Pass, Whisky Nallah, Lachulung La Pass, Pang, More Plains, and Tanglang La Pass.
The road from Pang to Leh is excellent and will take you over a plateau called the Moore Plains.
Arrival in Leh.
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel in Leh.

Day 4 Exploring Leh

After breakfast, set out to explore the local places of interest and monasteries.
Day at leisure to relax.
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

Day 5 Transfer to Nubra Valley

After breakfast, leave for Nubra Valley.
Drive through one of the highest motorable passes in the world, Khardung La.
Continue ride to Nubra Valley.
Enjoy the scenic route.
Enjoy the double-humped camel ride.
Overnight stay and dinner in Hundar.

Day 6 Transfer to Pangong Tso Lake

After breakfast, drive to Pangong Tso Lake.
Enjoy the views of the highest saltwater lake.
If time permits, attempt going to Marisimek La - the highest motorable pass in the world.
Overnight stay and dinner in lakeside camps.

Day 7 Transfer to Leh

After a hearty breakfast, depart the emerald blue waters of Pangong to ride over the 3rd highest motorable pass, Chang La to reach Leh.
It would be a slightly relaxed ride today.
Enjoy the scenic route.
Overnight stay and dinner in Leh.

Day 8 Transfer to Tso Moriri

After breakfast, start Tso Moriri.
Enjoy the wonderful view.
Enjoy the view from the deluxe tents.
Overnight stay and dinner at Tso Moriri.

Day 9 Transfer to Sarchu via Tsokar

After breakfast, start your ride to Sarchu via another beautiful lake and village of Tsokar.
Reach Sarchu by evening and check-in to the camps.
Overnight stay and dinner at Sarchu.

Day 10 Transfer to Manali

After breakfast, leave for Manali.
Visit Suraj Taal and Deepak Taal which lies en route to Manali.
Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

Day 11 Departure

After breakfast, checkout from the base camp and move on for your onward journey.

The trip commencing from Delhi on 20.9.2019 to Vienna. From there to Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Lauf, Wurzburg, Frankfurt and back to Delhi on 27.9.2019 was excellent as regards direct flight, pick (Read More)up, hotels, food, transport, guides, sightseeing, free time and expenses. Travelopack since inception, visa, ticketing, payments, cooperation, coordination and enquiries of well being while abroad was very very good in all respects. Gunjan and Hitesh were too good. Look forward to further trips and recommend others to avail their services.
