•Every effort will be made to maintain the itinerary, in view of local strikes, landslide etc., which are beyond our control all schedule and itineraries are subject to last moment changes and any additional cost, will be borne by the guests directly. Payment once done will not be refundable/adjustable in any case.
•All disputes are subject to jurisdiction and compensation amount will not exceed beyond the booking amount in any case.
•The Company will not be responsible for any kind of Flight Miss or any loss, injury/damage to person/property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall, landslides, floods etc.
•All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road conditions.
•It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card).
•Do carry comfortable clothes and shoes as per the climatic conditions.
•Hotels in Ooty, Kodaikanal, Munnar don’t have a/c rooms.
•Please note that AC in Vehicle will be switched off during hilly drive.
•These are suggested itineraries and may differ at the time of confirmation based on hotel location, your arrival/departure timings or other relevant factors.
•Debit / Credit card will attract 2.85% extra payment charges.
•For vehicles-Due to hike in diesel & Interstate Taxes , prices may vary in future. Kms are calculated from garage to garage.
•Includes: Entry Tax, Driver allowances, Toll and Parking
•Driver allowances start from 6.00 am - 9.00pm for a particular day. If the vehicle starts before 6.00am/after 9.00pm for a particular day, extra driver allowances are applicable and to be paid directly to the driver.

If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1000/- per person will be charged and over and above that the following will be charged on cancellation of a tour

•Cancelled before 30 days or more prior to trip start date: No retention
•Cancellation less than 30 days and above 15 days prior to start of tour: 50% retention
•Cancellation less than 15 days prior to start of tour: 100% retention
•Peak Season- No refund for any cancellation. For cancellation 1 month prior to your travel, would be as per hotel policies and will vary from hotel to hotel.
