Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Transfer from Chandigarh to Shimla
- Arrival at Chandigarh airport or railway station.
- Transfer to Shimla.
- Day at leisure.
- Overnight stay and dinner in Shimla.
Day 2 Visit Kufri - Transfer to Sarahan
- After breakfast, leave for Sarahan and visit Kufri, Theog, Fagu, and Rampur which lie en route.
- Halt at Rampur for lunch.
- Post arrival at Sarahan, check-in to the hotel and get settled in.
- Enjoy panoramic view of Shrikhand Peak.
- Visiting Bhimkali Temple and attend the mesmerising evening Aarti ceremony there.

Day 3 Morning Aarti at Bhimkali Temple - Transfer to Sangla
- Attend the morning aarti at Bhimkali Temple.
- After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and depart for Sangla via Karcham.

- Arrival in Sangla and check-in to your hotel.

Day 4 Transfer to Kalpa via Chitkul - Visit the Buddhist Gompa
- After breakfast, explore the ancient Kamru Fort and Temple.
- Start your journey to Kalpa.
- Stop at Chitkul which is en route to Kalpa. It is the last village of India bordering at the Indo-Nepal border.
- Move on to Kalpa and upon arrival check-in to the hotel.
- Visit the Buddhist Gompa - Hu Bu Lan Kar.
- Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 Transfer to Tabo via Nako and Gue Village
- Enjoy looking over Kinner Kailash Peak while having breakfast.
- Proceed to Gue village and on the way visit Nako lake.
- Visit Gue village and the famous Mummy of Monk.
- Continue onwards to Tabo.
- Overnight dinner and stay at hotel/homestay.
Day 6 Transfer to Pin Valley via Dhankar
- After breakfast visit Tabo Monastery.
- Leave for Pin Valley.
- Visit Dhankar Gompa which lies on the way.
- Continue the journey to Pin Valley.
- Overnight stay and dinner in Mud village.
Day 7 Explore Pin Valley - Transfer to Kaza
- After breakfast explore the Pin Valley.
- Visit Kungri Monastery.
- Leave for Kaza.
- Dinner and night stay at the hotel/guest house in Kaza.
Day 8 Explore Langza, Kowmik and Hikkim
- After breakfast, visit the highest village in Asia - Kowmik which is situated at an altitude of 4513 meters.
- Move on to Hikkim and visit the world’s highest post office in the world.
- Next, drive to Langza which is situated at an altitude of 4400 meters.
- Return to Kaza.

Day 9 Explore Kaza - Transfer to Chandertal

The hotels in both Shimla and Manali were very good, adding to the overall exper (Read More)ience. We also appreciated the honeymoon cake, which was a sweet gesture. The flower decoration could have been better, but it didn’t take away from the joy of the trip. Everything else was seamless, well-organized, and stress-free.
