Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kochi
  • On arrival in Kochi, receive assistance from our representative and transfer to the hotel.
  • After freshening up, proceed for sightseeing of Kochi.
  • Visit Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jews Street, St. Francis church, Chinese fishing net & the Indo-Portuguese Museum.
  • Spend the evening at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Kochi.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed to Alleppey.
  • On arrival check in to the houseboat around the afternoon (between 12:30-01:00 PM)
  • A houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of the backwaters.
  • See the local village life along the banks.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure on the houseboat.
  • In the evening, enjoy the sunset.
  • Later the houseboat will be anchored in a safer place.
  • Overnight stay in the houseboat in Alleppey.
  • All three meals will be served on board on the houseboat.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Munnar. 
  • On arrival check in to the hotel.
  • Spend the evening at leisure.

  • Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to see a large variety of wildlife (optional)
  • There are also few tribal villages you can explore.
  • Overnight stay at Thekkady.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Madurai.

  • In the afternoon city tour of Madurai.
  • Visit Meenakshi temple, King Tirumala's Palace, Great tank and Gandhi museum.

  • In the morning, drive to Kovalam & transfer to the hotel.
  • En-route visit the Padmnabhapuram Palace & Suchindram temple.
  • Later to Kovalam the international beach Resort.
  • The leisure options at this beach are plenty and diverse - sunbathing, swimming, herbal body toning massages, special cultural programs, catamaran cruising, etc.
  • In the evening, enjoy the beach.
  • Ovvernight stay at Kovalam.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Visit the Secretariat, Museum, Mini Zoo, and the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple (optional).
  • In the evening, relax once again on the pristine Kovalam Beach.

  • After freshening up, visit Tirparappu Falls and the Rock Cut cave of Vinzjhinjam.

The trip commencing from Delhi on 20.9.2019 to Vienna. From there to Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Lauf, Wurzburg, Frankfurt and back to Delhi on 27.9.2019 was excellent as regards direct flight, pick (Read More)up, hotels, food, transport, guides, sightseeing, free time and expenses. Travelopack since inception, visa, ticketing, payments, cooperation, coordination and enquiries of well being while abroad was very very good in all respects. Gunjan and Hitesh were too good. Look forward to further trips and recommend others to avail their services.
