Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Nairobi Kenya Jomo Kenyatta international airport
- Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta international airport you will be received by your safari guide and transfer you to Sarova Panafric Hotel for your overnight stay.
- The booking here is on (BB) bed and breakfast.
Day 2 Amboseli National park
- Breakfast will be served from 0630hrs
- 07:30 hrs after breakfast you will be picked from the hotel by your safari guide
- You will load up and drive south east to Amboseli national park covering an area of 392 square kilometers at an altitude of 1100-1200m A S L, on the Kenya Tanzania border
- You will arrive at Amboseli Sentrim tented Lodge around mid-day and check in
- Later lunch will be served
- The lodge has a nice view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa
- Later in the afternoon you will head out for the afternoon game drive, deep in the park in search of the big herds of elephants and buffalos; lions and cheetahs can also be spotted
- After the sunset you will return to the lodge and freshen up before dinner and overnight stay (L, D)
Day 3 Amboseli National Park
- Breakfast will be served from 06:30hrs.
- After breakfast, you will head out with a picnic lunch and spend the day in the park.
- See the big herd of elephants leave the swamp.
- You will visit Observation Hill for lunch, a viewpoint up on a hill where you can see almost the whole park.
- Thereafter, continue with the game drive.
- Drive back to the lodge to relax before dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 Lake Naivasha
- 06:00hrs breakfast will be served.
- 07:00hrs After breakfast you will check out and drive to Lake Naivasha, through the Great Rift valley with a stop at the view point.
- Drive to Naivasha Sawela Lodge for lunch.
- Later a boat ride around the lake to see different types of birds and hippos.
- Nature walk amongst the animals like giraffe, zebra, waterbuck, Impala, and others.
- Drive back to the lodge and relax before dinner and overnight stay. (B, L, D)
Day 5 Lake Nakuru National Park
- Breakfast will be served from 06:30 hrs
- 07:30 hrs you will check out and drive to Lake Nakuru national, the drive will take approximate 2 hours
- After clearance at the gate you will have a game drive in search of the rhinos, the tree climbing lions before checking in at Lake Nakuru Sopa lodge
- Lunch will be served from 12:30 thereafter relax before heading out for the afternoon game drive
- The afternoon game drive will start at 15:30 hrs till sunset
- You will return to the lodge before dark thereafter dinner and overnight stay
Day 6 Masai Mara
- 06:30 hrs Breakfast will be served.
- 07:30 hrs you will check out and drive to the famous Masai Mara game reserve, a home to the big five: lions, leopard, buffalo, rhinos, and elephant.
- The park is also known for the annual wildebeest migration.
- You will arrive at Mara Simba lodge in time for lunch.
- After checking in, lunch will be served and thereafter relax before heading out for the afternoon game drive deep inside the savannah in search of the big prides of lions in their territories.
- After the sunset, you will head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay. (B, L, D)
Day 7 Masai Mara
- 06:00 hrs breakfast will be served.
- 07:00 hrs After breakfast you will head out with picnic lunch box for the whole day safari, you will spend the day deep in this savannah grass land, watching animal and drive as far as the Mara river for hippos and crocodiles, you will break for lunch under acacia tree. After lunch you will continue with the safari before returning to the lodge to freshen up. Dinner and overnight at lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 8 Masai Mara - Nairobi
- After breakfast you will check out and drive back to Nairobi
- You will have lunch in one of the restaurants in Nairobi
- Later you will be transferred to the airport for your flight

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

b) 4 years to 11 years: One or two children sharing with Two (2) adults, each child 50% of per person sharing rate. Maximum 2 children
c) One child sharing with one adult, child at 50% and adult at ½ of double
d) One or more children in own room: 75% of room rate
e) One adult sharing with two children: each child 50% of per person sharing rate and adult at ½ of double
f) Adult full rate applies to children from 12 years on Accommodation and meals.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Africa Vision Safaris Tours and Travel is an agency acting on behalf of the clients, in respect to the clients request and confirmation. The cost/price are given in Kenya/ Tanzania Shillings or US Dollars and include the government taxes. In the event of any appreciation of the Kenya / Tanzania Shilling of over 5% against the US Dollar, or any changes in applicable taxes, Africa Vision safaris reserves the right to adjust these rates accordingly.
- Proof of residency is only by identification with a passport, or ID card.
- Africa Vision Safaris Tours and Travel reserves the Accommodation, Safari package, Tour and sightseeing on behalf of the clients based on the itinerary agreed upon by the clients or the overseas agent. All the bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been made.
- Upon confirmation and booking Africa Vision safaris will make the payment to secure the seats, once the tickets are issued the Overseas Agent/ Clients will remit the full payment for the tickets though bank transfer or any other suitable payment mode agreed upon.
- Transport is provided as per the company's policy and any upgrade to an ongoing safari from safari van to safari Jeep 4x4 Toyota land cruiser is a subject to availability. Any modification to our vehicles to suit the interest of the client must be communicated at least one month before, i.e. removal or addition of seats.

PAYMENT TERMS
- Upon confirmation of the itinerary agreed upon, a deposit of 50% will be required depending on the number of persons in the group. Full payment must be made 14 days before the start of any safari. Any unpaid amount may result in the clients being denied continuation with safari or check in at the Hotels. Cheques should be done at least 45 days before departure day. Should a cheque issued by the agent/client be returned by the bank for any reason the Agent/client shall replace the cheque with Cash, within forty-eight hours. The Agent/client shall also pay any bank charges for the Returned Cheque charged by the bank.
- All payment by credit card will attract a 5% bank charge.
- All bank charges are settled by the client.We do not accept U S Dollars notes printed before year 2010.

Reasons
1.Clear communication and replies always comes very quickly on WhatsApp.
2. Very genuine with suggestions and doesn't do things as a job or formality.
3. James is very knowledgeable.
4. The enthusiasm and passion shown by James was just so infectious.
5. The planning of itinerary takes care of all the finer details.
6. They really take care of your focus and they don't try to sell anything you are not interested in. For example we skipped the village visit because we didn't see value in it.
7. Quite flexible and adjusts as things progress.

Our guide Ben was fantastic and knowledgable so we feel we made a friend in Kenya too. James was superb in helping us plan the trip and with suggestions for stay. All in all it was such a special vacation and I can’t wait to explore more of Africa. People are great ! So warm and friendly and what a truly blessed country with so much nature and wildlife. I would highly recommend Wild Portraits and James and Ben for your travel to Kenya.
please be careful while entering the country at immigration - make sure your pas (Read More)sport is stamped. We had some issue with this. Can’t complain about anything else. It was beyond our expectations.

The responsiveness of Christine (person overall responsible for arrangements)and (Read More) knowledge from Evance (our driver and guide for national parks)about national parks was excellent.
We stayed and covered Nairobi, Masai, Naivasha and Daini.. All stays and safaris were perfect could not have asked for better.
We chose Van but we think land cruiser would have been a better option especiall (Read More)y for being comfortable in muddy terrains.

After screening and talking to about 5 travel operators, I decided to go with Na (Read More)ture Romp for an 8 day safari in Kenya. Their rate was competitive and selection of lodges to stay very good. Initially I was skeptical due to less reviews about Nature Romp in public domain. However when I talked to Yvonne, I understood that theirs is a fairly new company and decided to go with them. We (my daughter and I) opted for a private tour covering Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. We were received at the airport and the next day Yvonne, Lucy and Maxwell (guide cum driver) welcomed us at the hotel, early morning of the Safari start. We instantly felt at home and from then onwards it was a memorable trip. Our guide Maxwell is an excellent guide. He knew about birds and animals, their behavior and diligent in driving. He was always on time.
Nothing in particular. Only one stay (at Naivasha) could have been closer to the (Read More) national park. It was nevertheless a good place but not great for bird photography
