Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi - Optional Sightseeing

Arrive in Nairobi and meet with the meet-and greet representative who will look after your transfer to Ole-Sereni Hotel or similar
Room booked with breakfast.
Optional activities. (if you have time Nairobi Day Tours are short trips offering you the opportunity to see the City within a short time and discover Nairobi's beauty and history. )

Day 2 Transfer to Masai Mara - Afternoon Game Drive

Depart from Nairobi around 07:30 am for your journey to Masai Mara.
Witness the scenic Loita plains and observe red-clad Maasai warriors herding their cattle along the way.
Arrive at Mara in time for lunch and embark on a game drive en route to Mara Sopa Lodge.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive upon reaching the lodge.
Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge, situated at the border of Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Day 3 Full Day Wildlife Safari at Masai Mara & Overnight Stay

Begin your day with morning and afternoon game viewing sessions inside Masai Mara National Reserve.
Keep an eye out for iconic wildlife species such as black-maned lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, leopards, and gazelles.
Extend your drive to the hippo point, where you can witness schools of hippos submerging and crocodiles basking along the riverbanks.
Optionally, visit a Maasai Village to gain insight into their rich culture.
Enjoy meals and overnight accommodation at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 4 Masai Mara - Another Full Day of Game Drive & Overnight Stay

Embark on morning and afternoon game drives within Masai Mara National Reserve.
Search for iconic wildlife species like black-maned lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, leopards, and gazelles.
Explore the hippo point, observing hippos submerging and crocodiles basking along the riverbanks.
Optionally, visit a Maasai Village to immerse yourself in their vibrant culture.
Enjoy meals and overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge.

Day 5 Game Drive at Masai Mara - Transfer to Lake Nakuru - Afternoon Game Drive

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Masai Mara, allowing for wildlife sightings.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, enjoying lunch en route.
Embark on an afternoon game drive at the Pink Lake, renowned for its flamingos and diverse birdlife.
Explore the park's rich biodiversity, including sightings of the Big Five, except for elephants.
Conclude the day with dinner and overnight accommodation at Lake Nakuru Lodge within the national park.

Day 6 Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha - Boat Safari & Bird Watching

Depart Lake Nakuru for Lake Naivasha in the morning.
Experience a boat safari and bird watching excursion on the papyrus-fringed Lake Naivasha.
After lunch, visit Crescent Island, a private sanctuary home to a variety of wildlife species.
Explore the island on foot and encounter giraffes, wildebeests, impalas, and numerous bird species.
Optional boat rides on the lake offer opportunities to observe waterbird species and schools of hippos.
Conclude the day with overnight accommodation at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.

Day 7 Transfer to Amboseli - Game Drive

Depart Lake Naivasha for Amboseli National Park after breakfast.
Enjoy game viewing en route as you travel back to Nairobi for lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant.
Continue your journey to Amboseli, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Experience another round of thrilling game viewing as you make your way to Amboseli Sopa Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8 Amboseli - Two Game Drives, Maasai Village Visit, & Overnight Stay

Immerse yourself in the local culture with a visit to a traditional Maasai Village.

Day 9 Transfer to Nairobi/Mombasa - Departure
