Day 1 Arrive in Guwahati - Transfer to Shillong

On arrival at Guwahati, transfer to Shillong.
En-route visit Umium lake.
On arrival check in to the hotel.

Day 2 Transfer to Cherrapunjee - Visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak

Day trip to Cherrapunjee
En-route visit Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls
Leave for Cherrapunjee-the wettest place on earth.
Explore the Mawsmai Caves, the Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, and Ram Krishna Mission.
Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.

Day 3 Transfer to Shillong - Day Trip to Mawlynnong

Day trip to Asia’s cleanest village Mawlynnong.
Visit Living Root Bridge, Dawki River, Tamabil Indo-Bangladesh border, and Krang Suri waterfalls.
Depart for Shillong.

Day 4 Transfer to Kaziranga National Park

Drive to Kaziranga National Park, the abode of one-horned rhinoceros.

Day 6 Explore Guwahati - Brahmaputra River Cruise

Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day 7 Depart from Guwahati

We had an awesome trip to Meghalaya. Thank you, Hemant, for advising on a good p (Read More)rogramm, for quick response times, and organizing nice accommodations. Also our driver Maznour was kind and we felt safe with him. We enjoyed Maznours repertoire of Bollywood songs on the road. The program was great with a good balance of activity and free time. Minor suggestion: It would be helpful to add in the program description at which (Read More) places swimming is possible to be able to pack swimwear in the morning.
