Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Airport/Pinnawala/Kandy
- Meet & assist by our representative. Proceed to Kandy.
- En route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
- Pinnawala elephant orphanage was started in 1975 to house abandoned and wounded elephants. The number of elephants has increased to more than 65 now, including baby elephants brought from various parts, as well as the 14 babies born, as a result of the captive breeding program. The best time to visit is the feeding time and the bathing time; when all the elephants are taken to the river close by.
- Thereafter, proceed to Kandy.
- Evening do a city tour of Kandy.
- The hill capital. The last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings was finally ceded to the British in 1815, and is a World Heritage Site. Kandy is an example of the Buddhism?s influence in Sri Lanka today. Temple?s shrines and monasteries keeping alive Buddhist traditions are everywhere. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last Sinhala king Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798.
- Visit the Kandy town and Bazaar, the arts & crafts centre and a gem museum and a lapidary.
- Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter witness a cultural show featuring traditional Sri Lankan dancing.
- On completion return back to the hotel for Overnight stay.
- Overnight stay at your preferred hotel.
Day 2 Kandy/Nuwara Eliya
- After breakfast proceed to Nuwaraeliya.
- En route visit a Tea Factory & Tea Plantation and Ramboda falls.
- Proceed to Nuwara Eliya with a visit to a Tea factory and tea plantation.
- There are hundreds of Tea factories in the Central Highlands, the Uva region and in the Southern parts of Sri Lanka. Some of these factories are situated in breathtakingly beautiful landscape, surrounded by indeed serene green gardens of tea. A casual tourist to this island cannot call the visit complete without a visit to some of them. Visitors to any of these Centers are normally treated with typical Sri Lankan courtesy and given an educative, guided tour on the various stages of tea manufacturing process.
- Nuwara Eliya The ?Little England? of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls and Tea Plantations. It is supposed to be one of the coldest places on the island, but is really just like an England spring day although the temperature does drop at night. All around Nuwara Eliya you will see evidence of the British influence. Houses are like country cottages or Queen Ann style mansions.
- Overnight stay at your preferred hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 3 Nuwara Eliya/Bentota
- Breakfast at Hotel.
- Checkout and proceed to Bentota.
- Check in to the hotel in Bentota and relax.
- Evening relax in beach.
- Overnight stay at Bentota.
Day 4 Bentota/Airport
- Breakfast at the Hotel.

We recently visited Sri-Lanka with Roundtrip Sri lanka, It was indeed an unforge (Read More)ttable experience we had from the time we landed at Colombo Airport till our return back for the flight.
Vikky Sir, has assisted us during our visit for a week, our itinerary was well planned and selections of the place and interest to visit was very encouraging.
Vikky worked as a true gem for complete travel duration took us to all the main points of interest we wanted to visit during our stay, He is very trustworthy and professional in his work. He look after to our travel requirement and make sure we complete them as well.
Another plus for his side is the punctuality, he was always their waiting for us in the morning at designated time to make sure we do not miss our day plan in a rush but with ease and enjoyment.
He took us to the Tea Factory, and the experience was truly amazing visiting the tea factory and tea gardens really was one of the agenda in our tour and this was possible with Vikky’s guidance.
