Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Cairo

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour manager who will assist you through immigration and customs procedures. You will then be escorted to your hotel in an exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. After check-in, the tour manager will go over your Egypt holiday itinerary with you and confirm pick-up times for all upcoming activities.

Day 2 Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing

After breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, your personal guide will accompany you to the Giza Plateau where you’ll visit one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World – the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, along with the famous Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Lunch will be at a good-quality local restaurant (at your own expense). Later, head to the Egyptian Museum to explore treasures of the boy king Tutankhamun. In the evening, visit Islamic Cairo and explore the bustling Khan El Khalili bazaar before returning to your hotel.

Day 3 Fly from Cairo to Aswan - Nile Cruise Tour

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport to board your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, board your deluxe Nile River Cruise. After lunch, enjoy a guided visit to the famous High Dam and the majestic Philae Temple, dedicated to goddesses Isis and Hathor. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight stay in Aswan.

Day 4 KomOmbo and Edfu

Enjoy breakfast on board as you sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the unique Kom Ombo Temple dedicated to two gods – Sobek and Horus. Continue sailing to Edfu and have lunch on board. Later, visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt – the Temple of Horus in Edfu. In the evening, enjoy afternoon tea as the cruise sails to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 5 Luxor West Bank

After breakfast, sail into Luxor and begin your tour of the West Bank. Visit the Valley of the Kings – the royal burial site of 62 Pharaohs. Continue to the impressive mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El-Bahari, and end with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight stay in Luxor.

Day 6 Luxor East Bank – Transfer to Hurghada

After breakfast, disembark from your cruise and proceed for sightseeing in Luxor. Visit the vast temple complex of Karnak and then transfer by road to the beach city of Hurghada. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 7 Hurghada – Optional Orange Island Sea Trip

Today, enjoy a relaxing day by the Red Sea. Opt for an exciting sea trip to Orange Island, where you can go snorkeling among vibrant coral reefs and witness rare marine life. Other activities like windsurfing, sailing and deep-sea fishing are also available.

Day 8 Hurghada - Departure

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel with some free time at leisure. Later, transfer to Hurghada Airport to board your domestic flight to Cairo, and then connect to your international departure.
