Day 1: Arrival in Arusha - Leisure Evening
Upon arrival at the airport, you'll be transferred to Arusha.
Stay at the charming Serena Hotel located near Mount Meru, offering picturesque views of Lake Duluti.
The hotel, built on a colonial coffee farm site, features cosy rooms in thatched cottages surrounding a flower-filled 'village square.'

Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire - Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast, we'll head to Tarangire National Park.
The park boasts diverse landscapes like the Tarangire River, Acacia woodlands, and giant Baobab trees, which attract many animals.
We'll have a picnic lunch in the park and then go on an afternoon game drive to see elephants and other rare animals.
After that, we'll have dinner and stay overnight at the lodge or hotel, surrounded by the beauty of the Serengeti Plains.
Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park - Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast, we'll journey towards Serengeti National Park through Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
As we leave behind the highlands, we'll enter the vast plains of Serengeti, known for its incredible wildlife.
Our destination is the Seronera area, famous for its rich wildlife and the Seronera River, a vital water source.
Upon arrival, we'll have lunch and then embark on an afternoon game drive to explore the park.
Finally, we'll enjoy dinner and spend the night at the lodge or hotel, surrounded by the beauty of the Serengeti.
Day 4: Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater - Visit Olduvai Gorge & Evening in Leisure
Following breakfast at the lodge, we'll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Along the way, we'll stop at Olduvai Gorge, a significant archaeological site where Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey made groundbreaking discoveries.
Upon arrival at the lodge, we'll have lunch and then have the afternoon at leisure.
Dinner and overnight stay will be arranged at the lodge or hotel, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment amidst the wonders of Ngorongoro.
Day 5: Transfer to Zanzibar - Stone Town Exploration
Today, we'll catch a flight to Zanzibar from our current location.
When we land at the airport, someone will guide us to a boat that will take us to Zanzibar.
Once we arrive, we can explore the island and try some of the local food.
In the evening, we'll visit Stone Town, which is the historic part of Zanzibar City. We'll walk through its narrow streets, visit busy markets, and see the beautiful old buildings.
After our visit to Stone Town, we'll go back to where we're staying in Zanzibar for the night, so we can rest up for the next day.
Day 6: Prison Island Tour & Overnight Stay in Zanzibar
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we'll embark on a full-day tour to Prison Island.
We'll take a short 30-minute boat ride to reach the island.
Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Tortoise Sanctuary, where we can see giant tortoises.
Next, we'll have the opportunity to go snorkelling and swimming in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island.
If you'd like, you can relax and sunbathe on the beach, and we can have lunch at one of the island's restaurants.
After a full day of exploration, we'll return to our accommodation in Zanzibar for a well-deserved rest.
Day 7: Jozani Forest Tour & Overnight Stay in Zanzibar
Start the day with a hearty breakfast before heading out for a tour of Jozani Forest.
Known for its population of red colobus monkeys, the forest is home to approximately 6,000 of these unique primates.
We'll take a stroll along the Pete-Jozani Mangrove Boardwalk, immersing ourselves in the lush vegetation and crossing creeks.
After exploring the forest, we'll return to our hotel for an overnight stay. Enjoy a free evening to relax or explore more of Zanzibar at your leisure.
Day 8: Dolphin Tour, Sunbathing, & Overnight Stay in Zanzibar
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel.
Embark on an exhilarating dolphin tour, departing early in the morning from Nungwi to Mnemba.
Enjoy the magical experience of spotting dolphins in their natural habitat before proceeding to Mnemba Reef for snorkeling.
After the tour, return to the hotel for relaxation. Spend the afternoon soaking up the sun and lounging on the beach, or take a leisurely stroll along the shore.
Later, unwind and enjoy the evening at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Transfer to Arusha - Departure
