On arrival at Vadodara, one of Gujarat’s most culturally rich cities, guests are received and transferred to the hotel. After check-in, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit the grand Laxmi Vilas Palace, one of the largest private residences in India, known for its Indo-Saracenic architecture and sprawling gardens. Continue to the Baroda Museum & Picture Gallery, showcasing rare artworks, sculptures, and royal collections. Later, visit Sayaji Garden, a beautiful green space ideal for leisure walks. In the evening, explore local markets and enjoy authentic Gujarati cuisine. Overnight stay at Vadodara.
After breakfast, check out and drive towards Shamlaji, a revered pilgrimage destination in North Gujarat. En route, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Champaner–Pavagadh Archaeological Park. Explore the historic Jami Masjid, ancient stepwells, and fortifications that reflect Gujarat’s medieval grandeur. Continue the scenic drive through tribal belts and forested landscapes to reach Shamlaji Temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, beautifully located on the banks of the Meshwo River. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. The evening is free to visit the temple for darshan and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. Overnight stay at Shamlaji.
Post breakfast, proceed towards Polo Forest, a hidden gem nestled in the foothills of the Aravalli range. On arrival, check in at the forest lodge or resort. Later, explore the lush green forest area known for its rich flora, fauna, and serene surroundings. Visit the ancient Polo Jain Temples, dating back to the 10th–15th century, admired for their intricate carvings and peaceful setting. After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Ahmedabad, Gujarat’s vibrant cultural and commercial hub. En route, visit the iconic Modhera Sun Temple, a masterpiece of Solanki-era architecture dedicated to the Sun God, renowned for its beautifully carved stepwell and temple complex. Continue to Patan to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site Rani ki Vav, an extraordinary stepwell celebrated for its intricate sculptures and artistic excellence. After completing sightseeing, continue the journey to Ahmedabad. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Evening is free to explore the city or enjoy a heritage walk. Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
After breakfast, proceed for Ahmedabad city sightseeing. Visit the historic Sabarmati Ashram, the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi and a symbol of India’s freedom movement. - Cancellation policy will be applicable as per the hotel and transporter's terms and conditions. The general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show: no refund.
- Written cancellations will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
- Children above 12 years will be considered as adults.
- Payment terms: 50% payment is required for confirmation, and the remaining 50% must be paid 20 days prior to the departure date. If the service falls within 20 days, then 100% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- T-Permit vehicle terms and conditions are applicable state-wise.
- Air conditioning and loud music in vehicles will not be allowed during travel in hilly regions.
- Hotel room confirmation is subject to availability.
- If the quoted hotels are not available, similar hotel options will be offered.
- Hotel check-in and check-out policies will be applicable; rooms will not be allotted before the check-in timings of the hotel.
- To confirm the above package, written confirmation is required via email or text message.
- In case of unforeseen contingencies such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc., the company management will not be responsible but will try to assist guests as much as possible.
- An ID card (e.g., Aadhar, passport, driving license, election card) is required to show at the hotel/airport. A Xerox or true copy will not be considered.
