Day 1 Arrive in Gangtok - Leisure Day
- Arrival at NJP railway station/ Bagdogra Airport.
- Transfer to Gangtok (5500 ft /130 km / 04 hrs).
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- Spend the evening free at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2 Explore Gangtok
- After breakfast, go for local sightseeing.
- Visit Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Banjhakri Waterfalls, Burtuk Falls, Ranka Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Nam Nang View Point (Ropeway on direct payment basis) & Flower Show.
- Return to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 3 Excursion to Tsangu Lake & Baba Mandir
- A day excursion to Tsangu Lake (departure at 0900 to 0930 AM hrs ) - situated at 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft.
- Baba Mandir - The shrine maid in memory of sepoy Harbhajan Singh.
- Return to Gangtok.
- The evening is free to spend at leisure.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Excursion to Namchi
- In the morning proceed for an excursion to Namchi.
- Visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse, Char Dham.
- In the evening return to Gangtok.

Day 5 Depart from Gangtok - Tour Ends
- After breakfast, transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.

The car journey was not comfortable.
We stayed at Le Osh hotel which is centrally located with reasonable room but very courteous service and good food.
The h (Read More)otel is centrally located and shops etc are nearby.
Walking early in the morning in the hilly terrain was real fun.
Lansdowne is an idyllic place for a short trip where you breathe fresh air and you're close to the nature. The Beauty Of Indian Himalayas tour operator provided a good car with excellent, well-mannered driver.
On the whole it was a very enjoyable trip for a long weekend.
