Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Guwahati – Bhalukpong

Arrive at airport or railway station & directly proceed to Bhalukpong. Check in at your hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Early morning, you can enjoy river rafting on the Jia Bhoroli River (optional). After that, check out from the hotel and proceed to Dirang.
Dirang is a charming town in Arunachal Pradesh known for its apple orchards and sheep breeding farms. En route, visit the Hot Water Spring, rejuvenated through a community cleanliness drive. Later, visit Sangti Valley. The evening is free for leisure and local sightseeing.

In the morning after breakfast, proceed to Tawang enroute visit Hot Spring, Sela Pass (13,700ft), Paradise Lake, Jaswantgarh War Memorial visit the Monastery - The Tawang Monastery stands on the start of a hill, about 10,000 ft above sea level and has ravines in the south and west, narrow ridge on the north and a gradual slope on the east.

It offers an imposing and picturesque view of the Tawang-Chu valley. The monastery appears like a fort from a distance, as if guarding the admirers in the wide valley below. Also visit the War Memorial- a 40-foot-high multi-hued memorial, which has a structure constructed in stupa design. Dedicated to the martyrs of the Sino-India War held in 1962, this memorial is nestled among beautiful peaks, which overlook the Tawang-Chu valley. Popularly known as Namgyal Chorten, the memorial has the names of 2,420 dead soldiers. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing to Bumla Pass and Madhuri Lake.
Note: Vehicle for Bumla Pass is at your own expense and Bumla Permit is required.
Overnight stay at Tawang.

Morning after breakfast, drive back to Bomdila en route visit Nuranang Fall at Jang, GRL Monastery(Upper Gompha)- Hooked in the amongst the mighty mountainous ranges ofthe  Himalaya, Bomdila in Arunachal Pradesh is a mini paradise, with its Apple orchards, Buddhist gomphas and a magnificent view of the Kameng Valley.

 On Arrival check into the hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Bomdila.

Early morning, you can attend the Morning Prayer in the Monastery. After breakfast, proceed to Guwahati.

What's Good: Professional services
What's Not Good: Hotels in manali could have been better. Also, hotels should provide both North Indian and South Indian cuisine. Hotel in Manali (Read More)didn't even have a First Aid kit which is thought off as a must in hotels.

What's Good: Followup by tour operator was good. Hotel accommodation was also good and comfortable
What's Not Good: Did not provide vehicle as promised but charged for the same extra (Read More)for Nathula pass which caused lot of discomfort to us since all 4 of us are senior citizens . On other days vehicles provided were in good condition and no issue with them
