Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Hanoi

On arrival at Hanoi Airport, transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2 Hanoi City Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Hanoi.
Visit Ho chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and President Palace.
Also, visit the Temple of Literature and Tran Quoc Pagoda.
After lunch at a local or Indian restaurant, visit Hoa Lo Prison Museum.
Later attend a water puppet show - an unique Vietnam traditional art.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 3 Excursion to Halong Bay

After breakfast, proceed to Halong Bay.
On arrival at Halong Bay city, board for a four-hour cruise on the bay with an expert photographer.
Stop along the way to visit one of the limestone caves in the area.
As you are cruising, the boat crew will serve you a local seafood lunch.
After 4 hours, sail back to the harbor and your hotel in Hanoi.
Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 4 Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Ho Chi Minh city.
On arrival in Ho Chi Minh, check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon, you can go for a private tour of galleries, studios, and boutiques or a half-day visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels.
Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 5 Ho Chi Minh City Tour

After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Ho Chi Minh.
Visit the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House, Dong Khoi Street, and Ben Thanh Market.
Have a sample lunch at a nice restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit China Town and the Thien Hau Pagoda.
Spend the evening at leisure.
Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 6 Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Siem Reap.
On arrival in Siem Reap, check in to the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit Artisan D’Angkor, a handicraft center.
Also, visit the Wat Thmey or Killing Field.
Have dinner at local restaurant with the Apsara Dance show.
Overnight stay in Siem Reap.

Day 7 Excursion to Angkor

After breakfast, proceed to visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom.
Visit Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanaka, Elephant, and Leper King Terrace.
Afterward, visit Ta Prohm.
After lunch, visit Thommanan, Chaosay Tevoda, and Ta Keo.
Visit Angkor Wat.
Also, visit Bakheng Hill to view the sunset on the top of the hill.
Return to the hotel.
Enjoy a buffet dinner with a traditional show.
After dinner, you can visit Night & Pub Street.
Overnight stay in Siem Reap.

Day 8 Departure

After breakfast, visit Floating Village.
Take a ride by a traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake.
Later, transfer to the airport for the flight departure.

Every aspect — from airport transfers an (Read More)d hotel check-ins to guided tours — was handled smoothly and professionally, making the trip stress-free for our family with two kids. The Halong Bay cruise with cave exploration and bamboo boat ride was a standout experience, and the kids had a blast at Dragon Park. Our Sapa trek through local villages, the alpine coaster, and the breathtaking Fansipan cable car ride were truly unforgettable. The guides were warm, punctual, and very knowledgeable. We also appreciated the thoughtful pacing, cultural immersion, and flexibility throughout. Highly recommend VAC for anyone looking for a seamless and enriching Vietnam holiday!
