Sometimes, a regular cab can go beyond Solang Valley, and sometimes, due to heavy snowfall, only 4*4 cabs go there. So, going beyond Solang Valley depends on the current weather and extra cab costs.
- After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive towards Shimla. On the way, visit Pandoh Dam and Sunder Nagar Lake.
- In the evening, reach Shimla, check in at the hotel, have dinner, and stay overnight at Shimla.
About Shimla: Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Once the summer capital of British India, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Kalka-Shimla Railway, completed in 1903. It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, and the Lakkar Bazaar, a market specializing in wooden toys and crafts.

- Kufri in Shimla is beautifully tucked at an altitude of 2,622 meters. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and sports activities.
- You can even stroll through the famous shopping place in Shimla town - “THE MALL & THE RIDGE.” This ample open space in the heart of town presents excellent views of the mountain ranges. Shimla's landmarks - the neo-gothic structure of Christ Church and the neo-Tudor library building - are worth seeing.
- Evening return to Hotel. Have binner and overnight stay at Shimla.
- Early morning drive back to Chandigarh.
- Upon arrival, transfer to Chandigarh Airport / Railway station for onward journey.
