Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival at Kochi & Transfer to Kumarakom
- Arrive at the Kochi airport and be escorted by the driver to head towards Kumarakom in your private car.
- On arrival at Kumarakom, check in to the resort.
- Spend the day at leisure.
- OR you can enjoy Ayurvedic spa facilities at your lakefront resort or explore the nearby villages (on your own).
- Overnight stay at Kumarakom.
Day 2 Kumarakom Sightseeing
- After Breakfast, proceed sightseeing.
- Take a houseboat ride.
- Visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.
- In the evening explore the local markets.
- Later, watch the Kathakali Perfomance
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Kumarakom to Kovalam
- Drive to Kovalam.
- Upon arrival in Kovalam, check in to the hotel and rest for a while.
- Later, visit Hawa Beach & Light House.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Kovalam Sightseeing. Beach Tour
- Proceed to visit Lighthouse Beach and Samudra Beach, where you can relax and swim in the waters.
- In the evening, visit Shri Padmanabhswamy Temple & Napier Museum.
- Overnight in Kovalam.
Day 5 Kovalam to Kanyakumari
- After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari.
- On arrival in Kanyakumari, check in at the hotel.
- Later, proceed sightseeing.
- Visit Padmanabhapuram Palace, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Bhagavathy Amman Temple, Gandhi Memorial, Bharat Mata Temple, Kanyakumari Beach, and Sunset View Point.
- Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.
Day 6 Departure
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Proceed to Trivandrum airport to board the flight for your onward destination.

Tea plantation. Camel ride. Blackberry Hills hotel.
Thekkady: elephant jungle. Poetrree Saravor hotel. Elephant ride
Kumarakom: Backwater ripple hotel.
Alleppey: spice route luxury houseboat. Loved the crab roast chef John prepared. Cruising the backwaters was very tranquil. Walked alongside the rice paddies.
Kovalum: boat cruise in backwaters.
Trivandrum: Gokulam grand hotel. Lovely end to our vacation with complimentary dinner from Bharatawaytravels.
Accommodation: good selection of hotels. Friendly staff at all hotels and restaurants.
