Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Dehradun

Arrive in Dehradun and check in at the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Briefing session for the next day's tour.

Day 2 Dehradun - Kedarnath

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the helipad (45-minute drive).
Fly from Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad to Guptakashi Helipad and then to Kedarnath.
Walk 500 meters from the helipad to Kedarnath Temple (approx. 15 minutes).
VIP darshan at Kedarnath Temple.
Fly back to Guptakashi after darshan and pooja.
Lunch and overnight stay at a hotel in Guptakashi or Kedarnath Dham.

Note: Passengers will switch from a double-engine to a single-engine shuttle between Guptakashi and Kedarnath due to government regulations.
Travelers flying together may not be on the same flight between Guptakashi and Kedarnath.
Night halt at Kedarnath is on a triple/quad sharing basis at an additional cost.
Accommodation in Kedarnath is basic, so guests should set expectations accordingly.

Day 3 Guptakashi - Badrinath

Transfer to Guptakashi Helipad and fly to Badrinath.
On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
After lunch, visit Mana Village, the last village before the India-China border, for sightseeing.
Evening darshan at Badrinath Temple, assisted by our ground staff.
Dinner and overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 4 Badrinath - Dehradun

Breakfast at the hotel.
Fly back to Dehradun.
Enjoy aerial views of the Himalayan landscapes and five sacred confluences: Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag, and Devprayag.
Drop-off at the helipad and onward journey.

Other Details

Pilgrims should carry only handbags, as suitcases cannot be accommodated in the helicopter. We recommend using the Operator Aviation travel bag.
All temples in Chardham are situated in high-altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle for precaution, available at medical shops.
Passengers must submit their accurate weights at the time of booking. If there is a discrepancy in the weight at the time of travel that exceeds the aircraft’s weight capacity, the passenger will be de-boarded and the Helitour will be canceled without a refund.
In adherence to COVID-19 guidelines, all necessary measures issued by state and central governments must be followed for the safety and health of all pilgrims.

Terms and Conditions

Each passenger is allowed to carry only one bag with a maximum weight of 3 to 5 kg in the helicopter.
Operator Aviation travel bags will be provided. Excess luggage can be stored at the hotel cloakroom.
Children above 2 years old will be charged a full ticket.
No concession tickets are available for children or senior citizens.
Full payment must be made 30 days prior to the journey.
If the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons, the journey will be rescheduled for the next available date, or the unutilized portion of the journey (Rs. 20,000/- per Dham per customer) will be refunded.
Rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side will be treated as a cancellation, requiring a fresh booking, subject to seat availability.
Passengers weighing over 75 kg must pay Rs. 2000/- per kg extra and Rs. 150/- per person for the shuttle from Phata to Kedarnath, payable directly.
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the journey date.
Cancellations made before 20 days will result in a 50% refund; cancellations made before 15 days will result in a 25% refund.
Any extra services (food, beverages, etc.) ordered by the customer will be at their own expense.
Unutilized or partially utilized meals and services are non-refundable.
Pilgrims must adhere to the itinerary.
The company reserves the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
The customer must bear any additional tour costs in case of extended stay or travel due to unforeseen reasons.
The company is not responsible for changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities or unforeseen reasons.

What's Good: My parents and one other family book trip for char dham yatra from 21st may to 30th may 2025 with Dev Darshan yatra. Accomodation is excellent and also cars(Innova) is in good cond (Read More)ition. I recommend that if you want to go char dham yatra then book package with Dev Darshan yatra because Ashish bhai and Rasmi mam response is satisfied.
What's Not Good: Response from Tour company is very good even if payment is done at the time of trip.

What's Good: Driver Exlent.
What's Not Good: Not assigned the vehicle even at 9pm before the day of journey. Insisted for full money, without finding the vehicle. Kept me in tension.

What's Good: Clear understanding of requirements by Amit ji, excellent selection of hotels right in the lap of mountains, hygienic food and nice services at hotels
What's Not Good: Dr (Read More)iver sometimes bypass the itenary and in rush to reach hotels ,kind of manipulative to locations and always dropped us at farthest parkings
