Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive in Haridwar - Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri
- On arrival at Haridwar, check-in to hotel.
- In the evening, proceed to Har Ki Pauri to enjoy Ganga Aarti on the banks of Ganges.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.
Day 2 Transfer to Barkot - Enroute Stop at Kempty Falls in Mussoorie
- The next morning depart for Barkot, located on the foot of Yamunotri.
- Drive via Mussoorie and visit Kempty Falls on the way.
- On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel.
- Rest of the day is free to relax and prepare for the Pahad (hiII) Yatra of Yamunotri the next day.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 3 Trek to Yamunotri Temple - Holy Dip in Yamuna River
- After breakfast, begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri with Hanumanchatti and Janki Chatti.
- Doli or horse can be hired if needed for the trek. (not inlcuded).
- Reach Yamunotri in the afternoon and take a holy dip in Yamuna River and perform pooja.
- Return to Barkot for dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4 Transfer to Uttarkashi - Visit Vishwanath Temple
- After breakfast, check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi.
- Check-in to hotel.
- In the evening, visit the famous Vishwanath Temple.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 5 Transfer to Gangotri - Visit Gangotri Temple
- Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri.
- Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the River Ganges.
- Visit the Gangotri Temple.
- Drive back to Uttarkashi after pooja.
- Dinner & overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 6 Transfer to Guptkashi - Leisure Day
- After early morning breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive for Guptkashi.
- On arrival, check-in at hotel.
- Spend the rest of the day at leisure or explore the Guptkashi town.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi.
Day 7 Transfer to Sonprayag - Trek to Kedarnath Temple - Stay in Camp
- Early morning breakfast, followed by check-out and drive to Sonprayag.
- Trek to Kedarnath from there or hire a Doli or horse, for the trek (by self).
- On arrival, check-in at Govt. Camps/Lodges.
- Dinner and overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges.
Day 8 Attend Abhishek Aarti at Kedarnath Shiva - Transfer to Guptkashi
- Wake up before dawn and go to the temple by 4:45 AM, in time for the 'Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva.
- After darshan and pooja, return to the Govt. Camps / Lodges.
- Later, start the return trek from Kedarnath to Sonprayag.
- Drive from Sonprayag Car Parking back to hotel in Guptkashi.
- Dinner and overnight at Guptkashi.
Day 9 Transfer to Badrinath via Joshimath - Holy Dip in Tapt Kund abd Visit Temple
- Check-out of the hotel and drive to Badrinath via Joshimath.
- Drive through Ghat road, arrive at Badrinath and check into the hotel.
- After rest and refreshments, go to Tapt Kund (Hot Spring), take a bath and then go to Badrinath Temple for darshan in the evening.
- Later, return to hotel for dinner.
Day 10 Badrinath Holy Sightseeing - Transfer to Rudraprayagvia Karanprayag
- Start the day with Badrinath darshan.
- After darshan, return back to hotel for breakfast and proceed for Badrinath local sightseeing.
- Visit Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple.
- In the afternoon, drive back to Rudraprayag via Karanprayag.
- Check-in to hotel and spend the day at leisure.
- Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 11 Transfer to Haridwar - En Route Stop at Rishikesh
- After breakfast, drive downhill to Rishikesh.
- Go for sightseeing in Rishikesh and visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula.

Day 12 Transfer to Delhi - Tour Ends

Our Kedarnath and Badrinath trip was a wonderful experience, and the credit goes (Read More) to Shubh Dham Travels for making it smooth and hassle-free.
Initially, I was a little hesitant about making the payment in advance, but everything turned out to be well-managed and trustworthy. We booked a complete package that included a private taxi, hotel accommodations, breakfast, and dinner. The hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay pleasant throughout the journey.
What impressed me the most was their excellent customer support. A special thanks to Jyoti, who assisted us throughout the entire trip. From the planning stage until the very last day of the journey, she was always available to help and promptly addressed our concerns. During the trip, we faced a minor issue when the taxi arrived late, but Jyoti responded immediately and ensured that the matter was resolved quickly. After that, everything was well-coordinated and on time.
Overall, it was a well-organized trip with reliable service, good accommodations, and outstanding customer support. I would definitely recommend Shubh Dham Travels to anyone planning a Char Dham, Kedarnath, or Badrinath pilgrimage.
It would be better if guests were given an option to upgrade to a room in the sa (Read More)me hotel by paying only the difference in amount, subject to room availability. This option could be provided at the hotel itself.
In my case, I had booked a tent accommodation, I was not having much idea about it. After reaching the hotel, I requested a room instead. However, I had to pay the full room charge, and the amount I had already paid for the tent (around ₹2,000) was not adjusted. As a result, that amount was completely wasted.
Having a room upgrade option with proper adjustment of the existing booking amount would make the experience much more convenient for travelers.

Everything was planned and managed perfectly. The hotel stays in Sirsi and Auli (Read More)had wonderful mountain views, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Overall, highly recommended for budget-friendly and comfortable tours with Uttra Holidays.
The car driver drove the car very fast even after being told to reduce the speed (Read More). But once I complained to the manager, he started driving normally.
