My Himachal trip covering Shimla, Manali, Dharmshala n Dalhousie was well planne (Read More)d by owner Sangeetha. Stay was good and cab service was also good.. She was polite and in regular touch to address any grievances.

The tempo traveller and the driver could have been different. The heat in Amrits (Read More)ar was unbearable and to make matters worse, the air-conditioning in the tempo was not working properly. The driver too was not very cooperative for most part of the trip. Through this all though, the agent was as helpful as she could be. But I suggest they maintain the vehicle that was given to us. Despite fixing the AC on the first day of the trip, it was again not working on the last day.
