Day 1 Arrive to Gangtok - Leisure Day
  • Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or IXB Airport, a representative will meet & assist with transfer to Gangtok.
  • On arrival at Gangtok, check-in to hotel & spend the rest of the day at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  • After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.
  • Drive to Tsomgo Lake, a glacial lake located at an altitude of 12,313 feet above sea level.
  • Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the crystal-clear waters of the lake.
  • Indulge in optional activities like yak rides or simply soak in the serene atmosphere.
  • Proceed to Baba Mandir, a sacred shrine dedicated to the Indian Army soldier, Baba Harbhajan Singh.
  • Explore the shrine and learn about the fascinating legend associated with Baba Harbhajan Singh.
  • Offer prayers and seek blessings at the temple.
  • Return to Gangtok in the evening.
  • Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the local markets or relaxing at your hotel.
  • Overnight stay in Gangtok.
  • After breakfast at the hotel, begin a half-day city tour of Gangtok.
  • Visit the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Research Institute of Tibetology, Dro-drug Chorten, Flower Show, Rumtek Monastery, Banjakri Falls, Enchey Tashi View Point and Botanical Garden.
  • Overnight stay in Gangtok.

We visited Amsterdam, Paris and Switzerland in this family trip. Tour was well organized by Make My Trip. Tour guide Ronnie was excellent. Time management was good. All the days we could get Indian Fo (Read More)od atleast once in a day. Only weak point was vary small rooms for stay. Overall a wonderful tour.
