At first I was hesitant as I don't know about him or the company but he really made me feel comfortable and understood my hesitations. He managed the transport from Kochi airport to and from and full availablity during the trip. The driver provided, Nikhil was young gentleman who drove us throughout the kerala's serene beauty.
