Dharmesh's Trip to Munnar, Alappuzha (Alleppey), Thekkady

(Written on 22 Aug, 2025)

What's Good: Overall experience was good. They help a lot in making the itinerary and other arrangements and invest lot of time that required to us for finalising it.
What's Not Good: (Read More)b>The policy of taking 100% payment upfront before the trip is a bit difficult to accept, especially for first-time customers. While I understand you need to make bookings in advance, it’s hard to build complete trust without any prior experience. In my case, even suggesting 80% upfront and 20% on the first day for 6 days trip was not acceptable, which felt rigid — especially when everything is digital these days. Also, a big part of the travel experience depends on the driver. Unfortunately, I did not have that much good experience with the driver assigned, which also impacted the overall enjoyment.

Dhruval's Trip to Munnar, Kerala, Thekkady, Alappuzha (Alleppey)

What's Good: Driver is too good. 7C Destinations' team has arranged Jain Food for us everywhere in advance. Hotel is upgraded by the team for us in thekkady is really very thankful from us.
(Read More)What's Not Good: Hotel at Alleppey and at Ernakulam committed places are not visited so we have to spend 3 to 4 hours on railway station. At Thekkady we can't visit Periyar National Park due to red alert of water level but we don't given any another option there. So only plan given once in the day but communication gap found with us during itinerary by team.

What's Good: I liked the way in which the authority, Mr. Hitesh Khandelwal and Ms. Mansi took proactive and reactive appropriate steps during planning and exigencies.
What's Not Good: (Read More)>I can't write anything because whenever such situations had come, it was sorted out specifically by Mr. Hitesh. Availability of Hitesh and Mansi were felt 24 X 7

Sumit's Trip to Munnar, Kochi (Cochin), Alappuzha (Alleppey), Thekkady, Kerala

4 /5

(Written on 26 Jul, 2025)

What's Good: I recently traveled to Kerala with 7C Destinations and had a mostly pleasant experience. The itinerary covered some of the best locations like Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, and Varka (Read More)la, and the hotels arranged in each place were comfortable and well-located. Our driver was a true highlight – very cooperative and friendly, which made our journey smooth and enjoyable.
What's Not Good: However, the food on the Alleppey houseboat was a major letdown, especially for vegetarians. It was quite disappointing and definitely needs improvement for future guests with dietary preferences. Overall, a well-organized trip with a few areas for improvement. Thank you, 7C Destinations, for a memorable Kerala tour!
