Payment Terms:

• 30% deposit of the land package at the time of confirmation.
• Full advance payment for airline tickets/train tickets at the time of confirmation.
• 50% of the ground services amount due 45 days before the travel date.
• 20% remaining payment due 21 days before departure.

Booking and Registration Policy:

• A 30% deposit per person for any international or domestic travel is required to process any booking.
• The balance will be as per the payment terms and conditions stated above.
• A copy of the client's PAN card is mandatory for any booking.

Important Notes:

• This is purely an individual itinerary designed specifically for the given number of passengers; any increase or decrease in the total number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
• This is the proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It is possible that the prices may vary at the time of confirmation.
• If the mentioned hotels are not available, similar hotels will be blocked.
• If the mentioned flight rates are not available, alternative flights will be suggested, and the difference in price must be borne by the clients.
• The cost of the airline ticket is quoted for a specific class of the specified airlines. If we are unable to procure a seat in the same class, we will attempt to secure a higher class, and the difference will be communicated to you post-booking.
• Any increase in the rate of USD, Euro, GBP, or CHF (Swiss Franc) shall be borne by the traveler.
• All disputes pertaining to the tour and travel conducted by the company and any claims arising thereunder shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
• Any increase or decrease in airport taxes will be charged as per actual.
• Any unutilized service will not be refunded.
• All local trains and local flights are included in the package as per the date. The traveler will pay any difference, if applicable, at the time of payment.
• Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we provide final confirmation of the tour.
• The services are subject to availability at the time of booking. If any service is unavailable at the time of booking, the same shall be booked for an alternate time, or the price for the services will be refunded.
• Prices are valid for the stated travel period and are of defined validity; any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
• Final handover (hotel vouchers, air tickets, passports, etc.) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment.
• Modes of payment can include credit card, cash (up to INR 195,000), cheque, bank deposit, or online transfer. If the travel date is within 14 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in cash, bank transfers, UPI, or credit card only.
• Charges may apply for credit card payments.
• Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and the sole discretion of the hotel.
• No changes will be made after handing over all travel documents related to the confirmed package.
• We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to passports during the tour.
• If the trip is canceled due to any force majeure or natural calamity, regular cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
• All travel protocols, RTPCR rules, and quarantine rules must be verified by the traveler. Pehla Safar will not be responsible for any rule changes that may affect travel.
• TCS of 5% is mandatory for all international travel.

Important Remarks:

• We are not responsible for any visa rejection or delays.
• Visa approval will be at the complete discretion of the respective embassy.
• Airport taxes and all kinds of taxes levied by airlines are subject to change without prior notice and are calculated per person.
• Air tickets will be issued on a FIT/individual basis. Differences in airline and airport taxes will be charged extra as per the airline and are subject to seat availability.
• For sightseeing that is on a seat-in-coach basis (SIC), clients must reach the departure terminal/point in the city center on their own at the specified time.
• A separate city tax may be collected from the guest by the hotel/apartment at the time of checkout, approximately Euro 3-6 per adult per night.
• A security deposit will be taken by the hotel/apartment in cash or by credit card at the time of check-in.
• Train timings, rates, and seat availability need to be reconfirmed before issuance.
• Any changes in tax rules or increases from the supplier side may affect our final cost with additional supplements.
