Day 1 Arrival in Sri Lanka and Transfer to Kandy
- When you arrive at the Bandaranaike International Airport, our representative will meet you.
- This short tour itinerary is ideal for anyone planning a short Holiday in Sri Lanka. In our 4 Days, 3 Nights highlights tour Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, and Negombo showcase some of the wonders and interesting attractions of Sri Lanka. We will assign you an English speaking or your local language speaking Chauffeur on availability.
- On the way visit the Pinnwala Elephant Orphanage and Elephant village. This elephant Orphanage was formed in 1975 for abandoned and injured baby elephants. At Pinnwala Elephant Orphanage, you can feed a baby elephant milk and take a look at a herd of elephants bathing at the river. If you want to touch and feel the giant mammals, you have to go to one of the Elephant Villages. Where you can ride, give a bath, take pictures, feed, and more.
- Next in Mawanella, visit the spice garden, where you can find many herbs and spice plants. The special guide will teach you about the spices in the spice garden tour.
- Then continue your journey to Kandy.
- Check into the hotel and rest.
- If you aren't tired, we can take you to the Temple of the tooth. Or else postpone it to the next day.
- Night stay in Kandy
Day 2 Nuwara Eliya
- After breakfast, get ready for the second day.
- Firstly, the Kandy city tour followed by the gem museum and Jewelry. Kandy city is a mixture of colonial and modern architecture.
- Next, visit Peradeniya botanical garden and continue your journey to Nuwara Eliya.
- On the way, stop at a souvenir shop near the Ramboda waterfall. You can buy some souvenir crafts of Sri Lanka.
- A further little in the drive stop at the Tea factory. In the Tea factory tour, you can witness how the world-famous Ceylon tea is produced. At the Tea Center, you can taste a cup of tea. You can buy some tea to sip back at home when you return.
- Throughout the way, you can see lush green sceneries. Stop to click some pictures and post on social media.
- Check in to the hotel in Nuwara Eliya and spend the night.
Day 3 Transfer to Negombo
- In the morning at 6.45am, be ready to visit the Lovers Leap waterfall. In early in the morning you can enjoy more than later in the day.
- Nuwara Eliya has a nickname, Little England. It's full of mountains, valleys, waterfalls, tea plantations, and vegetable farms. Next Nuwara Eliya city tour, and Victoria Park visit.
- In the afternoon, travel to Negombo, the west coast beach city, near Bandaranaike International Airport.
- Check into the Hotel.
- Spend the evening on the sandy beach.
Day 4 Boat Ride. Airport Transfer
- The boat ride is an enjoyable experience in the Negombo lagoon.
- In the morning we will go for the boat ride. This is your last activity on your highlights tour.
- The airport is just a 30 min drive from Negombo. The smile on your face gives us the satisfaction of good saving you on this tour.
- Drop you off at the airport, and wait to see you and your family and friends in the future again.

We had the best time of our life because of the hospitality ensured by Shine Lan (Read More)ka and specially because of our guide Mr. Afraaz.
He played a multi purpose role as guide/driver/photographer and was available 24×7. Whenever we want, what we want and how we want, it was made available by him and it was a fun experience.
One thing is clear that more than money these people are people-centric and to ensure guests stay happy is their priority.
Couldn't have been any better.
A hotel room for 1 night in the itenary was very bad and the staff was least bot (Read More)hered. But the people at Shine Lanka ensured that we were satisfied by providing some extra experiences to make even with the dissatisfaction at the hotel.

Communication, Planning of tour from the scratch, Transport and the Guide.
Accommodation in Nuwara Eliya. Room size was small in the Hotel. Can not be cons (Read More)idered as 4*. All though the Hotel Staffs were friendly. Its location also mattered. Anyway, we had to choose it among the available limited options.
