Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Phuntsholing

Upon arrival at the Indo-Bhutan border, a representative will meet and assist with transfer to the hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at Phuntsholing.

Day 2 Transfer to Thimphu

After breakfast, drive to Thimphu.
Check-in to the hotel and explore the region by self.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 Thimphu City Tour

After breakfast, go for sightseeing in the morning.
Visit the Art & craft School, National Library, Royal Goldsmith workshop and handicraft centers.
After lunch, visit the Memorial Chorten and the Drupthob nunnery temple.
Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Day 4 Roadtrip to Punakha via Dochu La Pass

Early breakfast followed by check out from hotel and transfer to Wangduephodrang.
En-route, stop for tea at Dochu La Pass.
In Wangdue, stop at Mehsina village & visit Chime lhakhang, Chendebji Chorten, Wangduephodrang Dzong and Phobjikhs Valley.
In the afternoon, drive to Punakha and visit Punakha Dzong.
Overnight stay at Punakha.

Day 5 Transfer to Paro

After breakfast, check out & transfer to Paro.
Visit the historic ruins of the Drukgyal Dzong.
Go shopping at Paro’s main street features shops crammed with brasswares, silk and cotton scarves, etc.
Overnight stay at Paro.

Day 6 Departure

After breakfast, check out from hotel and proceeds to NJP/IXB via Phuentsholing for return journey.

All sightseeing, land transfer & inter hotel transfer as per the itinerary.
