Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Bagdogra/ NJP and drive to Phuntsholing (Approximately 4 hrs. drive)

The Asia Valleys Tours & Travels (AVTT) team will be waiting at Bagdogra/NJP for a meet and greet.
Drive to Phuntsholing via the beautiful Teesta Tea Garden.
Enjoy an overnight stay at a 3-star hotel in Phuntsholing.

Day 2 Drive to Thimphu (Approximately 4 hrs drive)

After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit the immigration office to obtain the passport stamp/permit.
Next, we will drive to Thimphu.
On the way, we will stop at Gedu for sightseeing, including:

Chuka
Wangkha Waterfall
Chonzom

Upon reaching Thimphu, we will check into a hotel.
We will spend the evening strolling around the town.
We will then spend the night in a 3-star hotel.

Day 3 Thimphu Sightseeing

Day 4 Drive to Punakha (Approximately 1 hr 30 mins drive)

Drive to Punakha, stopping at Dochulla Pass for sightseeing.
Visit Chimi Lhakhang.
Upon reaching Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong.
Explore Changyul village.
Experience Bhutan's longest suspension bridge.
Overnight stay at a 3-Star Hotel in Punakha.

Day 5 Drive to Paro (Approximately 3 hrs drive)

Before starting to Paro, we will visit Khamsum Yul-le Namgyal Chorten.
We will drive to Paro, stopping near Issuna for a riverside walk along the way.
Upon reaching Paro, we will visit the Paro National Museum and Paro Dzong.
A photo shoot will be arranged in Bhutanese attire.
Overnight stay in Paro at a 3-star hotel.

Day 6 Tiger Nest's Hike

After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to the Tiger Nest base camp and begin the hike.
In the evening, enjoy a stroll around Paro town.
Later, experience a hot stone bath to relax.

Day 7 Drive to Phuentsholing via Celle la Pass

Drive to Chellela and spend time viewing the beautiful Himalayan range.
Explore Paro and Haa Valley.

Right from taking care of our permits to ensuring our safety throughout the trip and also till we reached our home Bharath ji and his team ensured we had a great time. Also would like to mention when I raised a request for Bhutan trip on Holidify me Bharath ji was the first tour operator who reached out to us with a perfect plan within 30 minutes. The rooms were great and spacious. We being vegetarians were little worried about the food , but thanks to Bharath ji and his Team they ensured taking great care of our curated meals in all locations. Special mention to our guide Sonam ji and Our driver Sidhdhart ji, we started as a team and always felt we were traveling as a team. Excellent services and warmth.
