Well organized. Vehicle provided was in pristine condition. The driver was well turned out everyday. No deviation from the agreed itinerary. Lack of proper communication between the agency, hotel res (Read More)ervation desk and the front desk, resulting in avoidable hardship for us after reaching the hotel in Agra.

Bookings or the itinerary were not a concern for me. She literally handled every detail. During the trip, I told her that we had a small issue with one of our hotel's services, and a few minutes later, everything was resolved. My service was like five times better.
