Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Kaziranga - Leisure Day

On arrival at Guwahati, you will be received by our company representative.
Drive to Kaziranga National Park.
On arrival in Kaziranga, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 2 Jeep Safari at Kaziranga National Park

In the early morning, go for an elephant ride in the park followed by a jeep safari in the central range of the park.
Return to the hotel.
After lunch, go for another exclusive jeep safari deep inside the jungle (western range).
Return to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 3 Transfer to Bomdila - Visit Tipi Orchidarium

After breakfast, proceed to Bomdila.
En-route visit Tipi Orchidarium.
On arrival at Bomdila, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Bomdila.

Day 4 Transfer to Tawang via Sela Pass

After breakfast, visit Bomdila Monastery and proceed to Tawang.
En-route visit Sela Pass and Jaswantgarh.
On arrival at Tawang, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 5 Tawang Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Tawang.
Visit Tawang Monastery, Brahma Dung Chung Ani Gompa and Tawang War Memorial.
In the evening, enjoy the shopping at local market of Tawang.
OR you can alternately take a daylong excursion to Bumla Pass (Indo – China border) Shonga-tser Lake (Madhuri Lake), Taksang Gompa, and Penga Ten Tso (Pt Tso) lake (subject to permission issued by the Army authority only).
In the afternoon, drive back to Tawang.
Visit Tawang Monastery and Tawang War Memorial.
Afterward, enjoy shopping at local market.
Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 6 Transfer to Bomdila - Visit Urgelling Monastery and Narunang Waterfall

After breakfast, proceed to Bomdila.
En-route visit Urgelling Monastery and Narunang Waterfall at Jang.
On arrival at Bomdila, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Bomdila.

Day 7 Transfer to Guwahati - Visit Bomdila Gompa

After an early breakfast, visit Bomdila Gompa.
Later, proceed to Guwahati.
In the evening, on arrival at Guwahati, check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 8 Depart for Guwahati

After breakfast, visit Kamakhya Temple.
Later, drive to Guwahati airport to board the flight for your onward journey back home.

We had Rumi as our representative. She was very cooperative and guided us throug (Read More)hout the trip. The driver provided to us, Moonji was also very very kind. We are totally satisfied with our trip. All the hotels provided by the agency had good rooms and very kind staffs. We had the liberty to choose from options given by them for those hotels. Rumi also provided us with numbers of two Pandas who helped us give pujo in Kamakhya temple in a smooth way. Altogether we really enjoyed our vacation, and would definitely recommend Inderoots Travel to everyone.

In Tawang, we were not provided with the same room that was shown to us while bo (Read More)oking in the hotel JD house. Although after much talking and communication to clear it out, they cooperated and provided us with that room. They tried their best to suit our needs.

The accommodation at Cherrapunji is excellent ?, particularly the behavior and s (Read More)upport of the staff and owner, which is truly appreciable.

The accommodation in Dawki was substandard. We strongly suggest prioritizing hot (Read More)els with AC, as it is very hot there during this period. Also behavior of the Manager and staff are not good.
