- All entry tickets, ferry tickets, and permit charges are included.

- Travel expert assistance is available on all major islands.
- 24-hour on-call assistance is provided.
- A personal tour manager will serve as a single point of contact.
- Travel assistance is provided by field executives at all major entry and exit points (Airport/Jetty/Jail/Water Sports Complex, Havelock, etc.).
- All dedicated vehicle charges (ERTIGA / XYLO) are included as per the itinerary in AC and are not at disposal on any of the islands.
- Any airfare, train fare, or overland journey not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any medical expenses or rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fees, tips, or any other items of a personal nature.
- Vehicle usage not specified in the itinerary (vehicle not at disposal at any of the islands).
- Breakfast on the day of arrival.
- Any extra excursions or sightseeing not included in the suggested tour itinerary.
- Costs arising due to changes in the itinerary or stay caused by flight cancellations, bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.

- In the event of last-minute cancellations caused by flight delays, schedule changes, or ferry issues due to sea conditions or high tide, 100% cancellation charges apply.
- In case of Covid-related lockdowns in Andaman: A credit note will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
