Day 1 Arrive in Phuentsholing - Day at Leisure

Upon arrival at the Indo-Bhutan border, a representative will meet and assist with transfer to the hotel.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring the charming town of Phuentsholing.
Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

Day 2 Roadtrip to Thimphu -Explore Local Market

After breakfast, embark on a scenic road trip to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
Check-in to the hotel and relax for the day.
Explore local market in the evening.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Thimphu.

Day 3 Visit Monasteries and Dzongs - Maggi Experience

After breakfast, start your day with a visit to the Memorial Chorten, a revered Tibetan-style stupa.
Explore Changangkha monastery, offering panoramic views of Thimphu valley.
Visit the new Drupthob nunnery temple to witness the lifestyle of Buddhist nuns.
Drive to Paro and visit Ta Dzong National Museum to learn about Bhutanese history and culture.
Explore Rinpung Dzong, a fortress monastery with stunning architecture.

Day 4 Hike to Paro Taktsang (Tiger's Nest)

Early morning hike to the iconic Paro Taktsang, Tiger's Nest Monastery, perched on a cliff.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Paro Valley and explore the monastery complex.
Return to Paro and relax
Optional: Visit the Ruins of the Drukgyel Dzong or
Optional: Riverside picnic for memorable family time
Overnight stay at Paro.

Day 5 Depart for Phuentsholing

After breakfast, drive back to Phuentsholing.
Enroute, stop at Tango and Cherry for a scenic hike amidst nature.
Visit Chele La Pass for panoramic views of the Himalayas.
Return to Phuentsholing and check-out of the hotel.

What's Not Good: During return from Bhutan to bagdogra.. the driver driving wasn't smooth.. Otherwise all good.

What's Good: From the very start i.e trip planning, to the very end i.e us reaching our home, Mr Bharat and AVTT representatives have, in my opinion - truly delivered. The itinerary was flawl (Read More)essly planned and executed, perfectly accommodating even the smallest of our needs along the way. We had the pleasure of meeting some truly wonderful people during our trip: Roma, our guide, was exceptionally generous with her time and always eager to answer our questions. I had always thought that tour guides were often hard to connect with, but I was completely wrong. Her thoughtful insights, engaging stories, and lighthearted conversations, often laced with humor, truly enhanced our experience. Mr. Bikas, our driver, was a great guy with some fantastic stories! We had a blast listening to him, and his punctuality was spot on—no matter how hard we tried, we couldn’t beat him at being on time! ? And finally, Mr. Bharat and his family—it’s clear that he is incredibly professional and deeply passionate about delivering outstanding experiences through AVTT. From the moment I began planning this trip, I had a strong impression of his dedication, and meeting him in Thimphu only confirmed it. As for Bhutan itself... it’s absolutely worth visiting. I won’t go into the details here, but I’ll just say, "Make sure to visit at least once in your lifetime." All in all, it was an unforgettable trip, and I highly recommend AVTT to anyone planning to visit Bhutan

What's Good: Tour was proper Planed, Tour Guide is very Friendly. Hotel which we stay was not so good (food is not very tasty), but hotel staff was very supportive they tried to serve good no (Read More)rth indian food :).
What's Not Good: while travelling to and fro from Bagdogra to phuentsholing 3 days got wasted.
