What's Good: We received exceptional service from Ram and his team at World Travel Destination. They arranged outstanding accommodations and diligently monitored our flight and transportation s (Read More)chedules, ensuring seamless travel. Their responsiveness and availability throughout the tour were truly impressive.
What's Not Good: While we were pleased with the overall service, there were a couple of discrepancies. We were informed that the driver would provide guided tours, but unfortunately, this did not materialize. Additionally, the candlelight dinner arrangement was expected to be in a serene setting, but instead, it was held at a bustling Bollywood-themed restaurant.

The staff at Theinsight Trip, the tour organizing company, were highly professional and provided us with exceptional service at very reasonable prices. The accommodations were at 4-star hotels, each e (Read More)quipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The transportation throughout Bali was also excellent— we had a dedicated 5-seater vehicle, along with a driver who also served as our tour guide, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the entire trip. I don't have any issues to report, as everything went smoothly and as expected.

I had booked a Vietnam package from Rachan Barsain who works in an overseas vacation travel company in Chandigarh Zirakpur. She booked our package in which hotels, tours, cabs, everything was the best (Read More) and we enjoyed a lot. We had a plan of 7n 8d in which we took 3 nights Hanoi, 2 nights Danag and 2 nights Ho Chi. We found the service to be very good. Next time if we have a plan anywhere then we recommend overseas vacation , we will book from Rachan Barsain only. Thanks to all once again for giving us best services.
