Day 1 Arrival in Dar es Salaam - Transfer to Gombe National Park - Leisure Evening
  • Your Tanzanian wildlife adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your accommodation in Dar-es-Salaam.
  • You'll be transferred to Dar-es-Salaam International Airport for your flight to Kigoma.
  • The flight from Dar-es-Salaam departs at 11:00 AM.
  • After landing at Kigoma Airport around 13:10, you'll be picked up and taken to the port for a private boat ride to Gombe National Park.
  • Upon arrival in Gombe, our team will pick you up and transfer you to your guesthouse.
  • Have lunch at the lodge.
  • You'll meet your guide for a briefing.
  • In the evening, you'll head out to Kakombe Waterfall and go chimpanzee tracking in the forest.
  • After a busy day, return to the lodge in Gombe for dinner and an overnight stay.
