Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Ho Chi Minh Arrival - Half Day City Tour

Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and enjoy a private transfer from the airport to your hotel in District 1 or 3. Later, embark on a fascinating half-day city tour covering key landmarks like the Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, the exterior of Notre-Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and Ben Thanh Market. You’ll also pass by the Opera House, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee building, and stroll along Nguyen Hue Walking Street, getting a glimpse of both the city’s turbulent past and dynamic present.

Day 2 Cu Chi Tunnel - Mekong Delta Full Day Tour

Get picked up from your hotel and head to the Cu Chi Tunnels (around 60 km ~1.5 hours). Watch an introductory documentary before exploring the tunnel network with hidden trap doors, field hospitals, storage areas, and weapon workshops. You’ll visit a rice paper workshop (if available) and taste local tea and tapioca. After Cu Chi, continue to My Tho for lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense). In the afternoon, enjoy a boat trip to nearby islands, taste tropical fruits, listen to folk music, visit a bee farm, sip honey tea, and glide through a small canal on a rowing boat. Return to Ho Chi Minh City by late afternoon.

Day 3 Ho Chi Minh – Da Nang – Hoi An town

Upon arrival at Danang Airport, you'll swiftly transfer to Hoi An, a journey of about 30-45 minutes. As evening descends, you'll delve into the bustling ambiance of the Old Hoi An Market, where you can wander through stalls brimming with local produce and handicrafts. Consider rounding off your evening with a tranquil boat ride along the Thu Bon River, offering a serene perspective of Hoi An's ancient charm under the night sky.

Day 4 Sun World Bana Hill with Golden Bridge

Transfer to Bana Hills, French Village. The resort is a unique architectural work of ancient French Villages: square, church, town, villages and hotels. Take the 20-minute cable car ride up the Bana Hills and enjoy the view of the peninsula and the lush green forests and waterfalls below and experience the romantic, fine space of the ancient French architecture.

Take the 20-minute cable car ride down to the city. Photo taking opportunities are limitless in the picturesque backdrop of the French Village buildings before departing for Danang.

Day 5 Da Nang Departure - Hanoi Arrival - City Halfday

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Our representative will pick you up and transfer you to the city center.

Hanoi, Vietnam's enduring capital, has been pivotal in political, economic, and cultural realms since antiquity, drawing both local and international visitors. This half-day tour offers a journey through the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Tran Quoc pagoda, Train Street illuminating Vietnam's rich tapestry of history, culture, and educational heritage, set against the backdrop of picturesque lakeside vistas.

Day 6 HaLong bay Overnight Cruise

Begin your Halong Bay adventure by boarding an overnight cruise, where you'll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and a delicious lunch as you sail through the stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters. Explore fascinating caves like Sung Sot (Surprise Cave) or Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Cave), and enjoy activities such as kayaking, swimming, or a bamboo boat ride. As evening approaches, savor a gourmet dinner on board, participate in squid fishing or a cooking class, and relax under the starry sky before retiring to your comfortable cabin for a peaceful night's sleep amidst the beauty of Halong Bay.

Day 7 Back to Hanoi

After breakfast on board your Halong Bay cruise, enjoy a serene morning sailing through the bay, soaking in the last views of the stunning limestone formations. Participate in a Tai Chi session on the deck or visit a pearl farm. After a light brunch, disembark from the cruise and head back to Hanoi, arriving in the early afternoon to explore more of the city.

Day 8 Ninh Binh, Tam Coc, Mua Cave, Hoa Lu

Embark on a scenic journey to Ninh Binh, starting with a boat trip through Tam Coc's picturesque limestone cliffs and emerald rice paddies. Explore Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, with its historic temples and rich cultural heritage. What's Good: All the arrangements were good, and all transitions were hustle free and smooth. Ms Ann was always very proactive in response and customizing our visit based on our requirement. (Read More)Our tour guide, Brandon in Danang was very good and we enjoyed his company. I would recommend Halu Vietnam Tours to all people who wants luxury vacation without any stress.
What's Not Good: Hotel we stayed were very good but breakfast option was not Indian friendly. Everything had Pork and Beef. They can include some better options in chicken and fish and vegetarian.

He did things he didn’t even need to do which weren’t part of his duty.He was an excellent human being super nice.He managed everything with so much effort and efficiency that we are super happy and impressed by the kindness people have showed in here.Then we went to Saigon and were welcomed by Mr Law , He was so generous and welcoming we thought we were India, he was so fluent in English , told us everything about his country culture sang songs for us.
