Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If the cancellation occurs more than 40 days before the departure date, a fee of 6% of the total amount received will be deducted for bank transaction fees.

    • Between 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
    • Between 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
    • Between 7 to 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
    • Between 3 to 1 day before the arrival date: 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Cancellation fees for all domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy, which may vary from case to case.
  • Children Policy:
    • 0 - 5.99 years: Free of charge.
    • 6 - 11.99 years: Pay 50% of the tour price.
    • 12 years and older: Pay the full tour price as per an adult.
    • If your tour includes airfare, an additional charge for the child rate may apply.
