Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Hanoi

You will be warmly welcomed upon arrival at the airport in Hanoi and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy free time for relaxation. Overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast in the morning, visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Presidential Palace. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, dating back to the early 10th century and considered one of Hanoi’s most ancient pagodas. After lunch at a local or Indian restaurant, visit Hoa Lo Prison Museum, also known as the “Hanoi Hilton.” Conclude the day with a traditional water puppet show, a unique Vietnamese art form. Transfer back to your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, depart in the morning for Halong Bay, approximately a three-hour drive from Hanoi. Upon arrival, board a boat for a four-hour cruise on the stunning bay, stopping to visit one of the limestone caves. Enjoy a sumptuous local seafood lunch while cruising. Capture the breathtaking beauty of Vietnam’s most photographed destination alongside an expert photographer. After the cruise, return to Hanoi for another night's stay.
Breakfast at hotel. Take a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). In the afternoon, choose between a private tour of galleries, studios, and boutiques or a half-day visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels. This underground network spans over 200 km and includes living quarters, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. The tunnels, used extensively during the Vietnam War, provide a unique insight into the resilience of Vietnamese soldiers. Overnight in HCMC.
Breakfast at the hotel. Explore historic landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City, including the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House, Dong Khoi Street, and Ben Thanh Market. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit Chinatown and the Thien Hau Pagoda, followed by free time at Ben Thanh Market. The evening is free at leisure. Dinner on your own.
Breakfast at hotel. Fly to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, visit Artisans d’Angkor, a handicraft center specializing in wood and stone carving. Continue to Wat Thmey (Killing Fields), home to a unique glass-walled stupa containing the remains of Khmer Rouge victims. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant with an Apsara Dance Show. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, visit The South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace, and Leper King Terrace. Continue to Ta Prohm and Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Explore its detailed bas-reliefs depicting Hindu mythology. After lunch, visit Thommanon, Chau Say Tevoda, and Ta Keo, a well-preserved temple built at the same time as Angkor Wat. Conclude the day at Bakheng Hill for a spectacular sunset view over Angkor Wat and Tonle Sap Lake. Enjoy a buffet dinner with a traditional show before visiting Pub Street and the Night Market.
After breakfast, take a traditional wooden boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake to explore floating villages, towering stilt houses, and fish farms. In the wet season, Tonle Sap is one of the largest freshwater lakes in Asia. After the tour, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
