Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Depart from Kenya's capital city early in the morning.
Drive towards the Kenyan coast with several stops along the way for scenic landscapes and coffee breaks.
Arrive in time for lunch at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge.
Relax after the 5-hour drive.
Embark on our first game drive, searching for elephants and other interesting wildlife.
Conclude the evening with silhouette photography as the sun sets, while enjoying views of Mount Kilimanjaro with animals in the foreground.

Day 2 Full Day at Amboseli National Park

It is day two at the royal court of Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro.
Our itinerary is flexible, allowing for half-day game drives in the morning and again in the afternoon after a lunch break.
Amboseli National Park is the best place to see large herds of elephants.
The swamps attract these magnificent creatures that inhabit this vast semi-arid ecosystem.
The dusty plains also host cheetahs and lions among the big cats.
On early morning game drives, there is a higher chance of seeing rarer mammals such as the honey badger, African wildcat, and African civet.
We always recommend our guests leave camp or lodge at the earliest legal times with packed breakfasts to enjoy the morning serenity.
The thought of a beautiful African sunrise over the open plains and breakfast in the wild with enchanting views should be motivation enough to rise early.
In the Amboseli conservation area, we also have the dry lake Amboseli, which offers excellent elephant photography opportunities as well as other herbivores that may be encountered in the vast dry lake bed.
Amboseli also provides unmatched photography opportunities, with golden light mixed with dust as the animals move in and out of the swamp during their daily migration routine.
Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge.

Day 3 Amboseli to Nakuru National Park

We leave after breakfast and proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park.
We make a stop at the East African section of the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, a geological wonder of the world.
Enjoy views of the stratovolcano, Mount Longonot, which features an 8x12 km caldera.
After approximately 7 hours, we arrive and start our game drive in this awe-inspiring park.
We search for both black and white rhinos, lions, and antelopes, and visit the shorelines to see flamingos and pelicans.
The diverse ecosystem of Lake Nakuru offers a spectacular introduction to the abundance of nature in East Africa.
Lunch and dinner will be at the Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Day 4 Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

Early morning game drive after breakfast increases your chances of witnessing the sunrise and observing animals while they are still active.
The morning serenity is indescribable; it is an experience you must have.
Later, you will drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve while enjoying the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley.
The Masai Mara game reserve is the northern part of the Serengeti, one of Kenya's most favored game-viewing areas.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at Olkinyei Mara Tented Camp.

Day 5 Full day at Masai Mara National Reserve

Full days spent exploring the park in search of the Big Five and other predators.
An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person.
Dinner and overnight stay at Olkinyei Mara Tented Camp.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here.
You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, many kinds of antelopes, and elephants.
It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the annual migration of millions of wildebeests and zebras from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture.
Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna: lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures.

Day 6 Exploring the Great Landscapes of Mara

We have a very flexible itinerary, and game drives are tailored to your interests with our experienced professional safari guide.
An early morning game drive with a picnic breakfast increases your chances of witnessing the sunrise and observing animals while they are still active.
The morning serenity is indescribable; you simply have to experience it.
Explore the spotted savannah with its diverse landscapes to capture beautiful animals with your camera.
The Mara River, where river crossings occur in July, August, and September, is the main water body winding through this paradise.
Hippopotamuses and Nile crocodiles call this river home, making it the best place in the reserve to catch a glimpse of them as they bask on the riverbanks.
Other rivers include the Talek River and smaller tributaries like the Sekenani River.
The Sand River is another picturesque area in the Masai Mara, located right at the border with the endless plains of the Serengeti.
All of this is explained by our safari guide as nature unfolds right in front of you, helping you find the best angles for that perfect shot!
After a fulfilling and adventurous day, you will retire back to your strategically located safari camp or lodge for a sumptuous dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 Masai Mara to Nairobi VIA Lake Naivasha

After an early morning breakfast, you will head to Lake Naivasha.
You will begin with a boat ride, lasting about one hour, on the only freshwater lake in the Kenyan Rift Valley, which is home to hippos and over 400 bird species.
Observe pied kingfishers in action and the African fish eagle searching for its primary food source, fish.
The most common fish found here is the common carp.
Later, enjoy a nature walk at Crescent Island.
Afterward, we will drive back to Nairobi, arriving by early evening.
You will be dropped off at either your hotel or the airport.

This is a Private Safari.
The cost is based on a per person basis, with a minimum of two people traveling together.
This Safari is not available for solo travelers.
Clients must have a valid visa.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings made with the company are subject to these terms.

1. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

You will need to pay a deposit of at least 40% of the booking value for the booking to be confirmed. Please note that the deposit amount varies based on the tour type and will be communicated to you before making the booking.
Once the booking is accepted by us, we will send you a booking confirmation email with the voucher, which will serve as a contract between us from the date we send the confirmation. All details about the balance payment due before the departure date will be mentioned in the booking voucher. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
In case of cancellations, the following charges will apply on the amount paid:

45% if cancelled between 60 and 45 days prior to arrival
60% if cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival
100% if cancelled 30 days and 24 hours prior to arrival

2. If You Change Your Booking

After your booking has been confirmed, should you wish to make any changes to your itinerary or request an earlier departure date, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests based on availability. However, there may be additional costs involved to accommodate your request. These costs are in addition to the fee quoted for your initial safari. Normal cancellation fees apply if you wish to postpone your departure.
