Day 1 Guwahati - Shillong

Upon your arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, our friendly representative cum driver will greet you and begin your scenic drive towards Shillong, the charming capital of Meghalaya.

En route, take a refreshing break at the breathtaking Umiam Lake (Barapani)—a serene man-made reservoir surrounded by lush hills, perfect for photography and relaxation.

After arriving in Shillong, check in to your hotel. Depending on the time of arrival, you may visit the following popular attractions:

Day 2 Shillong - Cherrapunji

Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime trek to the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat village - a true marvel of bioengineering and Khasi tribal wisdom.
Trek Details: Approximately 3 km one way with 3,500+ steps, including two suspension bridges.
Highlights:
- Cross lush forest trails and natural pools.
- Visit the Single Root Bridge and the crystal-clear Blue Lagoon (additional 40-minute hike).
- Witness a 200-year-old living root bridge, nurtured and woven by the local community.
