Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Nairobi, Leisure Day
- On arrival at Kenya Airport, you are met by our representative & transfer to Hotel.
- Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 Morning Visit to Nyeri, Night Game Drive in Nairobi
- After breakfast, leave Nairobi in the morning to Nyeri, a small but fast-growing town in the heart of the coffee-growing and dairy farming area.
- After Lunch, the tour leaves for tree Hotel, where the evening is spent watching Animals.
- At night you can watch Elephants, Rhino & The herbivores.
- Overnight at Hotel.(B,L,D)
- You must pack an overnight bag when you transfer to the Ark OR Treetops for the night.
Day 3 Trabsfer to Nakuru National Park, Afternoon Game Drive
- After breakfast, the tour leaves for Nyahururu(Thompson’s Falls) at an altitude of 7,738 feet.
- Then comes the descent into the Rift valley to Lake Nakuru National Park for lunch.
- An afternoon Drive in the park to enjoy the sight of pelicans bathing in the freshwater streams, the perfect place for flamingos to feed on the blue-green algae. The greater flamingo attains a height of about 4.26 feet; Lake Nakuru National Park has a great variety of bird life, including the Egyptian goose and a variety of ducks from Europe to winter.
- Enjoy Afternoon Game-Drive.
- Overnight at Hotel in Nakuru(B,L,D)
Day 4 Transfer to Masai Mara,
- After breakfast at the hotel, time for some bird watching en-route to the Masai Mara game reserve.
- An afternoon game drive during which it locate the huge black-manned lions, for which the Reserve is famous.
- Overnight at Hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 5 A Full Day of Game Drive in Masai Mara
- A Full Day of Game viewing and exploring in this Kenya's Finest Reserve OR alternatively a morning game drive followed by an afternoon swim in the cool water of the hotel swimming pool.
- Followed by another game drive. You may witness lion making a kill OR a leopard enjoying the meal.
- Overnight at Hotel.(B,L,D)
Day 6 Transfer to Nairobi Airport, Tour Ends
- After breakfast, Check-out & Drive back to Nairobi.
- Transfer to Airport for your flight home.(B)

Reasons
1.Clear communication and replies always comes very quickly on WhatsApp.
2. Very genuine with suggestions and doesn't do things as a job or formality.
3. James is very knowledgeable.
4. The enthusiasm and passion shown by James was just so infectious.
5. The planning of itinerary takes care of all the finer details.
6. They really take care of your focus and they don't try to sell anything you are not interested in. For example we skipped the village visit because we didn't see value in it.
7. Quite flexible and adjusts as things progress.

The entire trip was handled with extreme professionalism by both Janet and our g (Read More)uide Bonnie.
We got to see the Big5 within 3 days of our itenary and more on the next days. Janet was very thorough with our itenary and helped us throughout and Bonnie knew all the best spots on all of our game drives. We didn't feel rushed throughout our tour, because it is designed very well to accomodate enough rest. 10/10 recommend
We didn't expect Kenya to be so cold, so at some places we missed warm water for (Read More) wash

From the very beginning, Christine and Judith from Donwel Tours were highly atte (Read More)ntive to what we were looking to get from our first ever trip to Kenya, and Africa, for that matter. We wanted to cover a lot of ground, and were going from one agency to another before we found Donwel as most agents couldn't quite squeeze everything we wanted into our itinerary. Judith and Christine however made it all possible. Good quality stays everywhere, regular communication through the trip to ensure we were ok and were getting what we wanted. Special shoutout to Teeman, our driver who absolutely fantastic, drove safely and ensured our safety and comfort throughout the trip, regularly coordinating with Christine.
